I hit it pretty straight, just no distance, 7 iron going about 130.
I feel like I’m never releasing the club, is that and a chicken wing going to sap distance?
Is there 1 point I could work on to fix the chicken wing and release?
I’ve got cp, causes my legs to freeze up in the swing. Working on it.

Good use of your body in the hit I think the CP may be given you a good leverage on the release . I do see the left breaking down a little before impact so the wing is a remnant of that. There are ways to get the lead arm to fold easier, but the shot is gone so if you aren’t getting any tendonitis in the elbow I wouldn’t worry about it too much.
You arent loading your weight properly on your back swing. You are turning sure but you are keeping your weight loaded on the left side of your body which is resulting in you swinging off your back foot and getting almost scoopy and thin. One tell-tale sign of this is your right knee locking and your right leg becoming locked and straight. Your right knee should always be semi bent and you want to FEEL like you are leaning right and putting all your downward force and load into your right cheek and legs.
I’m not good enough to help you get better. But I do want to say this is impressive and 130 straight 7 iron is better than a lot of amateurs hitting it 150 into the trees
Chicken wing goes away when you add the arm rotation that helps it stay straight and closes the face

Think more of rotating the club into the ball. Do it slowly at first.
When you do this it’ll go further because the face closes and whips around you. You actually don’t need to turn through hard when you do this, so I think you’d be able to manage it even with CP and the legs stalling like you said.
Just go slow at first and learn this motion.
Straight is all you need. You’ll be going low with the average scores. Keep going!
I’m healthy with no excuses and hit my 7i about 130….
