I am struggling real bad with snap hooks right now and strikes more out towards the toe which cause the ball to be real dead off the face. Please help.

I feel like your hips are over rotating and your clubface is super closed at the top. I would work on keeping the weight on the inside of your right foot going back and reaching towards the target on the downswing.
This happens to me when I over-rotate my lead leg instead of driving off the ground with it. Keep your front leg planted for a split second longer in the downswing.

A couple of things:
1) Film with your hands center in the frame and down the line from your shot. It’s better for accurately to determining plane.
2) As mentioned, you are sliding out over your right foot on the backswing. Your left knees doesn’t need to bend in as much as it is.
3) As I said it’s a bit hard to tell with the camera angle, but it seems to me you are getting to inside to start your downswing. Closed face plus in to out swing will equal big hooks.

The face-on view reveals a reverse pivot where you’re leaning forward while you move into your backswing. Compare that to a pro and you’ll see them move their weight largely onto their back foot. You might try the “feet together” drill for that. Also, you’ve got some bend in your left arm in the face-on view. You want to eliminate that. Obviously the spin of the ball is reason it’s curving left => you’re putting right-to-left spin which indicates a somewhat closed clubface. Honestly I would try fixing the obvious stuff like I’ve mentioned and maybe that clears up the hook before going much further.

Jumbo grips are needed ASAP. You’d be amazed. Just re-grip a couple of clubs to start and watch how hard it is to snap hook with the jumbos.
