Dem Polo joints don’t survive up north. As far as the clothes go, timeless. Been on that since the 90s, ya heard?!

  4. From South Carolina & ATL aint the only only Polo OGs, still thuggin mines, been rockin polo since the 90’s im a 80’s baby, “b^§£h you these polo” in my Trick Daddy voice

  5. Once again, he bragging and flexing about buying useless stuff , but recently saying he can't give his kids what he use too … Cam make it makes sense bro …Some people should not have a podcast period.

  6. Polo boots get noooooooo play in NYC. That’s for all the immigrants. But the clothes go hard af tho

  7. Ok let a Playa born and raised in THE D chime in. Yes indeed POLO is and will always the absolute staple in both preppy and urban fashion.

Let me explain from a straight Detroit perspective. For decades, my boy Ralph has walked the very fine line of cutting edge preppy wear with just a dash of urban to recruit and retain the hood.

Smartest move Ralph made was signing Tyson Beckford in the 90’s to use as a muse to display his more urban designs. It worked because in Tyson, we saw a brother that resembled US and the rest was history basically.

Ralph has stood the test of time and in the world 🌍 of fashion that is absolutely remarkable. No other name or fashion line has even come close to the longevity of POLO.

Even with the support of the community, lines such as (Karl Kano, Fubu, Echo, Sean John, Used & Damage Jeans, Phat Farm, etc.) have faded with time.

Hats off to Ralph Lauren, he built an empire starting out with basic dress shirts and neckties 👔!!!

  8. I think polo boots was a southern thing in general all the way out to East Texas because we loved them here in South Carolina too. Makes sense if it originated in Atlanta though. ATL is usually the trendsetter for the southeast.

  9. Straight Facts Atlanta is definitely a Polo City. You had to have that Horse in the 80's and 90's in the city. Hell the entire state of Georgia 😂😂😂😂😂😂

  10. It’s big cap, houston put yall on polo boots, check the lyrics. Pimp C, Flip and Yungstar been told yall
