Trying to better understand why I'm hitting the ball so short on my driver specifically, I can hit farther with my 3 wood currently. I'm to understand that my angle of attack could be better (high number) however why with even a positive angle of attack would my spin rates be so high and is that the main factor to why I'm losing distance?
Club head speed on average is anywhere from 102 – 110 mph
Ball speed is typically between 142 – 155 mph
Is there something I can pull from these numbers to work on for my drives?

Your spin rate is about twice what it should be. Lower that, and your carry for 106 mph should be significantly higher.
You have a really high launch angle with a lot of spin. There is a good chance your hips are square to the target line at impact and you are making a scooping motion with your wrists or you are standing up out of your posture/coming up on your toes.
Here is a feel to take a look at.

Just looks like you skied it to the left.
This is the path to ball and my stance at setup if helpful

Attack angle should be +3 to +5 degrees so we hit upwards. You are hitting down at impact so getting high spin and height, so less length.
Look up tips on how to shallow downswing, come from the inside, keeping head behind the ball. Possibly coming over the top also but I can’t tell for sure.
Club head speed and ball speed are pretty good. You need to get that 4400 spin down to about 2500. -30 side probably from open face coming ott. You have potential based off speed numbers.
4000+ spins mean that you have bad face strike location and most likely overlofted face (vertically open) because your launch is so high . You can hit just fine drives with -1 attack angle and still keep spins under 3000 (you lose a bit distance but gain more control). For your attack you need spins closer to 3k than 2k. Optimal for control and distance is probably trying to get your launch closer to +2 and spins to 2,5k. If you want just distance – then you go for +7 attack and 1,5k-2k spins but your bad shots are gonna be so wild.
Anyway, make sure to practise hitting middle of the face and when you hit one, check what other numbers are saying and then rediagnose. Its useless to diagnose anything from bad face strike shot.
Too high and too much spin.
If 1.37 is a common smash factor for you, that’s the first thing I’d address. You’re not hitting the ball squarely, so you’re adding spin and losing energy. Even at 1.45 you’d be gaining 9-10 mph ball speed, without swinging the club any faster, which might translate to 20 yards or so.
Def looks like an off center hit
You hit down on your driver causing tons of spin and losing speed. You should be hitting it 240-265.
How are you getting 18 deg launch with a negative angle of attack?
The spin, low smash factor, and overly high launch angle are why the shots aren’t going far
Take a lesson or two and/or go for a fitting. You could be playing a totally wrong club.
The steep angle of attack is adding to your spin. The energy transfer (smash factor) is low also.ideally it would be 1.44or better.perfec is 1.50
It didn’t go very far.are you hitting up on the ball and with a slightly in to out swing?
Rapsodo?
Need to hit up on the ball. The smash factor is low because you’re hitting down on it, or almost even, probably near the top of the face, which is why you’re still able to get a good launch angle. Tilt your torso away from the ball at address. That same swing will get you a 4-5° attack, your spin rate will go down, smash factor up, and you’ll probably gain 30-40 yards.
Edit: just watched the clip you posted. Your shoulders are about level. Tilt your rear shoulder down, so that you’ll naturally have an upward swing at the ball.
