Really want to install a sim in my one car garage but worried about the water heater. The depth is 18’ to the metal bollard pole in front of the water heater. Garage is almost 13’ wide.
I would pay someone to lift the garage door and do a side mount motor. Any input/ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Hit back towards the garage door with it closed, solves most of your problems
