Kai Trump appears to have gotten a new personal vehicle instead of the Tesla Cybertruck she originally received from Donald Trump after the high-profile fallout between the president and Elon Musk.
Kai Trump recently posted a multi-photo carousel on Instagram, celebrating the first day of her senior year of high school as she prepares to attend the University of Miami next year. The carousel shows the teenager with her friends and Kai Trump throwing up “The U” hand gesture, having doubled down after grandfather Donald made his feelings very clear on her choice of school.
Kai was spotted standing in front of and beside a Cadillac Escalade, seemingly as her new vehicle of choice. Last year, Kai Trump was gifted a special edition of the Cybertruck by her grandfather, with the teenager posting the “Cyberbeast” on social media.

At one point, Kai Trump even posted a video of herself racing in the vehicle in March 2025.
However, it appears she has now ditched the Cybertruck. Because the Cybertruck given to Kai Trump is a special version, it is not entirely clear how much her specific vehicle costs.
Depending on the trim and options, a Cybertruck cost varies. The most expensive Cybertruck can cost over $100,000, so it stands to reason that Kai Trump’s personal vehicle could have cost north of that amount.

That said, it is clear that Kai Trump is embracing her final senior year of high school as she prepares for the University of Miami. Of note, Kai will be joining the Hurricanes’ golf team, which falls in line with how she planned her college journey with Donald.
Despite the two living very different lives, both Trumps were able to develop a relationship because of their love of golf. Recently, Donald shared how he would like to see Kai attend the University of Miami, which factored in their close relationship and “special bond.”
“Me and him are very close, and we bond over golf,” she shared FOX News Digital. “So, he influenced me a lot with golf, especially when I was talking about schools and colleges. He loved that I was going to Miami because Trump Doral was right there as well, so he’s influenced me a lot with golf.”

Additionally, Kai revealed how Tiger Woods, who currently is dating her mother, impacted her and influenced her as she continues on her golf journey. Speaking to the American Jr. Golf Association after a recent tournament, Kai explained the golf legend’s impact.
“I would say a lot of the pros, obviously, like looking up to them and watching them,” Trump began. “Obviously, Tiger [Woods], Rory [McIlroy]. Like watching those guys, especially at such a young age, and now I get to know them.
“It has been really cool, and that obviously kind of influenced me. But also, I’d say like my mom, I wouldn’t be playing golf without her.”
