I Play 18 Holes at Red Mountain Golf Club
Today I’m going to be playing 18 holes at Red Mountain Golf Club. As you know, I’m a coach now. Lately, I’ve been coaching quite a lot. So, today is a pretty special day for me to get out on the golf course and play. So, I decided that I’m going to film every single shot and post it on YouTube. I hope you’ll enjoy this video. And let’s go. So, we’re starting off the 10th hole, back nine at Red Mountain Golf Club. Water is on the left side, fairways on the right. Aim slightly more right and full swing. That was unexpectedly good. First shot of the day. Okay, so I hit a pretty solid T-OT. And now I have 150 yards to the pin. Slightly into the wind. Go. Go. All right, we made a par on the 10th hole. We’re now on 11th hole. Pile four. 385 yards. Pile four. So, it was into wind pretty hot. I squeeze cut my driver. Ended up here about 1 105 to the pin. Still into win. I’mma play about 115. Be good. Be the right club. Okay. So, our 12th hole, P five. Today I’m gonna play this whole SA4. So I hit a really nice T-shot. Flew over the bunker here. I have about 178 to the pin. I’m going to go with my seven iron. Play a soft cut to the pin. Nearly went in. So, I hit a really good second shot about 12 ft for birdie. All right, putting for three left to right downhill. Oh, broke a lot. All right, take a four. So, this is the 13th hole, P four. We’re currently even par. This is a pretty narrow par four. You got to stay slightly right side because you got a lot um you got a lot more space on the right side. So, you rather be aiming slightly more towards the right side of the fairway. Woo! Such a good drive. I haven’t hit a driver like this in a while. Um, 113 to the pin. Slightly left to right. I’m going to go with 56. Play a soft cut. 56 into the pin. Cut. Cut. Spin. 15 ft left to right. Slightly downhill. Oh, this is a beautiful par three 14th hole at Red Mountain Golf Club. 200 yards to the pin. the caddy said. So, I’m going to go with slightly downwind. I’m hit my four six iron. This is a 15th hole. One of the most difficult T-shot I would say anywhere in Thailand. Very narrow par four. You got Hazard on the left side, Hazard on the right, and you can’t hit a driver. You want to be laying up right around 200 yards. But I’m playing from the black tea, so I’m going to be using two iron since it’s going to be about 240 yards to lay up. Let’s get it. Take that any day of the week. All right. So, we are here on a beautiful 16th hole. It’s a short puff four to the green about 290 to 300 yards, but ideally you want to be laying up on the left side. So, I’m going to go with the six iron and hit a nice layup. We finally arrived at the signature pot three. 17th hole downhill playing about 135 yards. I’m going to hit my full 52 degrees. Looks really good. Okay. All right. This is the beautiful 18th hole, p five, red mountain golf club. Very narrow T-shot. Um, yeah, with this hole, you can’t do much. Just got to make sure you stay in play. So, I’m going to go center of the fairway. So, my T-shot ended up here. Um, it’s about 205 yards to the pin. Ideally, you want to lay up on the left side of the fairway here, which is about 180 yards. But since I can reach with my two iron, I’m going to go for the pin. Go, go, on the green. So, I’m currently at one under par. I am putting now for eagle on this 18th hole, which is the ninth hole that we play today. All right, long eagle putt, slightly downhill at the end, left to right. It’s all about speed control here. Try to two putt this speed control. One of the keys to have a great speed control is having good tempo. So, you want to be making sure that your tempo is very consistent and trusted. That’s it. go. Oh my god. Not reaching. Thought it was downhill at the end, but it just stopped about 9 ft to finish for a birdie. How about that? All right, welcome to the first hole Red Mountain Golf Club. You don’t want to be using driver here since it’s pretty narrow. You want to be laying up, which is going to be around 210 yards from the blue. 240 yards from the black. Sit. Sit. Okay. This is one of the courses that you have to be brave aiming away from the hole and really trusting that the slope will do the work. So in this part I’m aiming like almost 3 ft right of the hole. that. Oh, that’s what I’m talking about. So, we had to skip the second hole and um we will come back later. Our second hole is going to be our last hole. Now, we’re on the third hole three 164 to the pin. Slightly downhill, so I’m going hit a soft nine. just about 15 ft for birdie. Um, we’re currently three under par a par five dog leg slightly to the right. Fairways on the left side in front of that bunker, but I’m going to cut the corner here so that it will leave myself with the easier second shot for the green. Slightly into the wind. So, with this shot, I’m going to hit a high draw. So, we bombed the first shot here. We got 203 yards to the pin. Uh, slightly into win. I’m going to go with a five iron. The ball is slightly above the feet, so I’m going to aim a little right. If anything, I want to be missing on the right side cuz it’s uh easier to chip. I didn’t quite catch it clean on the second shot. Now we have about 20 yard for an eagle. My use is 60° Tacoma wedge. Take that. Okay, birdie. This is a beautiful path four hole number five. Very narrow so you cannot use the driver. I’m going use threewood and play my stock cut uh towards the right side of the fairway. 164 to the pin. Wind slightly left to right. I’m send an eight. Get there. Be the right club. Too much club. That was such a great shot. All right. All right. So, this is a long puff. Slightly into the wind, slightly right to left. So, I’m going to hit a high draw bomb. Okay. Bomb the drive. Uh, we have 150 into wind. But I’mma hit a an eight. Squeeze an eight in to the pin back pin today. Short wrong club. This a nine. Okay. Now we have a long birdie putt. Uphill in the beginning, downhill in the end. Right to left in the beginning, left to right in the end. Oh, broke the other way. Okay, first bogey. All right. All right. So, we three putted and made our first bogey on the last hole. We’re now on the hole number seven. Uh 217 to the pin. Uh I’m going to go with a four iron. We’re now back to three on the par, but we still have a hole number two, which is going to be our last hole, which is a short path five. We can still make that. Um, yeah. 217 4 iron. My aim slightly left side of the pin. Play my stock cut towards the pin. Sit down. That’s a little too long. Simple chip. Downhill right to left. 60°ree wedge. Sit. Sit down. All right. So, about five feet for par. We’re not going to make two bogeies in a row. Looks to me like just slightly left inside of the cup. Now, once uh once we have the line, we’re going to trust the line. And it’s all about the speed. I’m actually aiming almost straight here. Why so good? Another beautiful short P four. This is hole number eight. It’s actually 37 37 yards to the pin to the green. Slightly downhill. Normally if I practice I would try to go for the green but today I am going to lay up right here. So when you play this hole since we’re hitting from up top there right we’re hitting downhill. Most of the time if you hit the fairway the ball will uh get plucked like this. So, you got to make sure you mark your spot and you’re not going to lose the ball. Okay. So, we have 120 yards back pin 52°. Okay. So, pretty straight uphill. Okay, this is a beautiful ninth hole. Pretty narrow. So, we’re going to lay up with the two iron. We’re now three in the par. Still got two holes to go. This hole and the hole number two. So, hit a smooth cut with the two iron. 105 to the pin uphill into wind 56°. Go get there. should be all right. So on this shot, we need to get some height. So I’m going to put the ball instead of back of my stance, I’m put the ball slightly more towards the front foot, and I’m going to get make sure my handle stays back because I want to keep the loft of my 60°ree wedge. Then I’m going to perform the motion, get the bounce going underneath the ball. All right, everybody. We’re now three on the par and this is the last hole. Hole number two. Par five. Dog leg to the right. Pretty wide here. If you can hit a good drive and ideally you want to be slightly left side so that it opens up on the second shot. You can reach in too if you hit a good drive. I’m feeling this one bombs. So our T-shot ended up here. We have um we can’t see the pin. It’s kind of blocked by the tree. So, we are going to have to play a little cut towards the pin, which is about nearly 200 yards to the pin. 195. So, I’m going to go with my six iron and play a high cut. Be good. That’s pretty close. It’s got to be pretty close. All right. So now eagle putt to finish five under. Okay. Can you take the pin out please? Right to left. Right, Katy. Okay. I’m going to go about a foot right slightly downhill. We got the line. Now we’re going to focus on the tempo. Get there. Get there. Okay, that was pretty good. Thank you guys for watching the video. Great looking course. These are the kind of courses I play on a simulator. I didn't think course like these existed.

Great round Ajarn Golf! 🙌🏼Your golf edits are as good as your swing mate. 🥂
How do you do the shot tracers? 🙏🏾
I've played RM twice and its super tricky. Well played my dude, you made that look easy. Love that cut you have on a string off the tee!
Just finished the rest of this and felt compelled to let you know that regardless if it was intentional or not, your game has matured nicely. That cut is very consistent in terms of pattern dispersion. You're playing GOLF well
Very in control of your golf ball. Great round 👍🏻
