oh [Music] [Music] what is up y’all welcome back to another episode of Peter limb golf today I’m on the beautiful island of aahu playing Royal Hawaiian hopefully I can share some beautiful scenes of the golf course for you and also hit some really good golf shots I’ve never been so excited to lose so many golf balls I’ve been told that I need to bring a ton of balls which I did so stay tuned by starting a whole number two this area got a ton of rain so they wanted us to start on two instead of one you’ll get to see one a little bit later hole two is a downhill part three normally uh 187 but adjust it down to 167 first t-shot no warmup let’s see ah super thin but it might get there just made it dude I just made it I just got over I’m on land by the way playing with aahu local Joe Joe Nish all right you safe oh dude bad bounce keep going yeah so I hear the greens are a little slow which uh it’s unfortunate but you know what the views are amazing so I’ll take it just get to enjoy golf in Hawaii just puts you in a whole different mood man oh they ain’t that slow I mean it’s it’s hairy and and it looks bumpy but it ain’t that bumpy it ain’t that slow oh on the line all right first hole bogey okay [Music] all right y’all hole three hole two for us it’s a 377 yard par 4 plays a little to the left I guess uh right is dead left is dead but that’s why they told me to bring a lot of golf balls today oh my God that’s so bad yep that’s dead I brought more balls I’m going reup here I by the way I don’t lie on the YouTube uh I hit every shot that’s why I shoot like 80 something on the Channel all right I’m not trying to make excuses but uh if you don’t warm up it’s really difficult especially at these tight golf courses right here I don’t know we’ll go that was a little bit to the left but it might be okay we’ll see all right the second shot that I teed off with went in the bushes here so I’m hitting my uh what is that third fourth fifth I’m hitting my fifth got 141 left kickoff way short o not the best golf so far going to need some more warm up holes and I don’t know if this is a course to be warming up through like five holes and this rough is gnarly it’s like it’s not even it’s rough but super long and thick it’s kind of weird huh oh Lord settle oh it’s starting to rain got to go go go go I think I’m putting for a triple oh man got to hit it way more like I said getting used to the greens it’s uh very hairy it’s a little slow it’s kind of tough to maintain in this type of lush areas right all right what is that nine got a nine I’ve actually had a a 11 on the channel before Prim [Music] episode this is uh the fourth hole here on the course if you want to hit driver you got to carry like 270 280 and uh I can’t hit it straight so we’re just going to hit iron here apparently you’re not supposed to hit driver here anyway on this course a lot is what I was told okay first one in play today so I’ll take it actually the part three I had I had one in play Settle hey slightly slightly thin huh all right I got this nasty side Hill like one little drop to the left it would have came down but I don’t know what what I’m going to do here 208 left this is a major hook Li Y and it went left [Laughter] bye-bye oh go oh Lord this is a tough tough course oh my Lord all right my goodness woo that should have been on camera almost slipped and fell so much mud over there slow down all right appreciate you playing with me dude I know it’s like a terrible golf right now but uh Hey Big up to Joe for joining me on this round today I’m right there with he SE my videos probably thinking this guy sucks in real life you [Laughter] know I got to count again you know it’s bad when you got to count again let’s see one in the Fairway two in the tree three four drop four here five here six there seven eight dude I got another eight the scene and the views are beautiful the golf is not man we got quad and quad back to back quads for me oh wait I got a nine on the last one five and four actually I got better by one stroke so there’s a positive all right as you can see we’re switching to the blue te’s you know what ain’t no Pride you don’t have to have pride I think this course you can’t play the blacks even though it’s like 10 yards difference we’re going to play Blue cuz uh I don’t deserve the black teas par five let’s see if we can get a par here first par the dog leg left playing kind of short all right a little fade just kick off is that too far I think that’s okay you know let’s see yeah I don’t know did it I didn’t even see the ball it just looked nice yeah it did I got blinded by the mountains up there and lost my ball just the left hold it you know this of course man I think you just got to come here and enjoy enjoy the views enjoy the sounds just don’t care about the [Music] golf okay might be safe maybe I’ll make my first part here no I think you’re putting oh okay yeah yeah all if I get this on the green and Tupa it’s my first par if you stick around this long I appreciate you cuz I know the golf was terrible is that short no I think you’re on am I okay for the people that comment oh I don’t see you fixing the divots and stuff I do I just don’t want to record it and show y’all the the whole time but now I lost my divot this is not an easy Chip Shot there’s like no there’s no grass under this it’s not bad I actually take that wow oh first part baby after a five over and a four over I will take take it the golf’s getting better hopefully he didn’t click off ah cutting across everything I don’t know it might be right there actually but man I am not hitting it good nice dude now you warmed up we’ll see I don’t know that might be too too left oh no I don’t even know if this is a good camera view cuz uh right behind the camera is all the bushes let’s see man you really got to hit straight shots on this golf course just short all right cool thank you it is Muddy out here getting dirty shouldn’t have worn white all my head cover is white my bag’s white too hey not bad this thing is tough right here it’s hard it’s like no soft grass under ah so uphill I mean the green the greens are so hairy I’m going tell you it is very hairy I will say kind yeah maybe oh because you hit that really hard I remember yep now that first one missed you right there yeah all right let’s see o might have some dirty pants today all right SM be a second par right here consecutive pars there it is hey two Pars in a row Joe I told you I can play a little golf you know don’t let that early 5 over and and four over uh make you think otherwise forgot to mention this is originally designed by Pete and Perry Dy and that little wall that they have with a wood that’s that’s a signature Pete Dy design so whenever you see that you know it’s Pete D it’s a short downhill par three playing about 155 and uh bunch of stuff on the right so I think long is okay long is better than short okay just past the green you know it might be playing like 150 yeah yeah it might be playing 150 that eight iron was like a punch and it got to the back edge of the green so yep yeah definitely not eight iron B trying to get three Pars in a row go you know it goes downhill after and I thought that if I hit it too hard it’s just going to take off but it’s not you got to hit it with a little more confidence on this course it will slow it down oh there we go let me try to copy that oh my that was so weak as you guys can tell that was not hit at all there goes three you know Pars in a row oh Lord that actually wasn’t a difficult hole if you really think about it short you know short part [Music] three oh good shot should kick off a little bit right it looked like the whole goes a little right and then goes left again yeah yep all right that’s dead that one went way left I have to take a drop up there went in the woods again here’s what I’ve learned so far don’t hit a driver on this golf course even on par fives might be okay was hit well oh I need to hit it full the line look good oh man those mountains right there wow it’s amazing turn this around for you definitely beautiful backdrops out here on this golf course the golf swing and the shots not as good sorry y’all what’s up buddy got a lot of uh different animals out here on this course huh saw a boar earlier couldn’t get it they ran through the woods Ooh So Close all right let’s see all right it’s because of the last hole not I when I hit it hard thank you let’s count my scores here appreciate it first one went in the tree third shot after the drop right there fourth short fifth 6 7 8 oh triple oh my Lord oh oh oh all right so we finally made it to the first hole this is actually our eighth hole we went from 8 to Now 1 this is an uphill par 4 playing about three I don’t know I think it said like three something I don’t know the yardage at this point I’m just trying to keep my ball in play I’ve lost too many golf balls so they weren’t lying when they told me to bring a lot of golf balls here oh my Lord and I topped it do I do the same thing as you you might grab a ball or do you want to drop up there we’re going to lose another ball let’s just drop up there you know we’re just going to drop up there we lost too many balls all right so Joe and I both topped it um yeah it’s embarrassing but you know what we’re not we don’t want to lose any more golf balls let go so we’re just going to play from right here we’re going to play our third right here the score is already bad how was it 145 got to carry the bunker dang these clubs are so muddy yeah that has to go a lot wow oh it’s uphill too so it’s actually PL adjusted oh that was adjusted oh then I hit it really bad you know I will say this course as difficult as it is I think you do have to play it at least one time so if you’re ever visiting waho I say book The Tea Time come out here and experience how challenging the course is for yourself but how beautiful all the views are the backdrop and the drive through the woods in the jungles you hear all the birds it’s actually really nice it’s kind of peaceful blasted you know what I feel like this Green’s going to mess us up for Thursday no you’ll you’ll have enough like get adjust it really quickly all right I mean after our drop three four five six double double double double [Applause] double I think at this point I’m probably like 25 over I don’t even know honestly but wow look at those mountains up there [Music] all right now we’re playing the ninth hole it’s a downhill par 4 You Got The Clubhouse in the backdrop right there looks very nice with the Sun hitting it like I said earlier come out here and play this course one time at least and yeah the conditions aren’t the best but it’s because they got hit with a ton of rain recently so it was hard to maintain there’s a lot of flooding too apparently safe okay I heard the Fairway so it might be safe all right once again you can’t see the hole I got about 175 left let’s see all right right is better than left short you hit the wall left oh I hit it th too that’s why oh man I hit the I guess I hit it short I hit it thin hit a wall and went left another ball lost see if I chip this in nope go okay not bad oh no double again ohay yep as you can see the display you don’t come out here to get good scores you come out here to just enjoy the views you’ll like it you’ll like the views come out here we finally made it to the back nine and I think we’re going to play better golf if you stuck around this far thank you very much I appreciate you by the way my God and I sliced it all right I’m going to reload and I will play it as my third shot but I need to hit another one the swing is off today man woo oh Lord Skyball should be in play though man I hope I play better on Thursday dude cuz uh you know what the problem is I hit too many balls the other day not making excuses you went to the range all right so I got 220 left I’m just going to go for it because this is my uh fourth shot oh my Lord lost another [Music] [Laughter] ball oh jeez I guess I got to go buy some golf balls after this for my next round on Thursday this is really bad golf y’all I apologize I feel like I apologize in every episode oh my Lord dude why are we hitting it fat like both of us oh Lord bite bite wow I don’t know what I’m doing today I really don’t know oh my Lord dude this is a disaster man I like I did not expect to play like this [Laughter] today I’m exhausted I need a beer at this point I would have had a beer too but uh cuz it’s a very important part of the golf game beer but we didn’t stop by the uh halfway house over there and they don’t have cart ladies out here dude I am breaking down man my body is just not doing well right now oh Lord as you saw I hit a terrible t- shot but I’m just going to drop in the Fairway here oh pulled it another goner uh there should be a lost ball counter it’s like ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding how many balls I forget I think this is my put for triple or something oh there we go triple it’s for triple yep but the views are nice so that’s why I shot it that way you know all right 12 hole got the Drone flying up back there so let’s see if I can get it close playing about 171 going hit a seven iron it might actually be good if it goes okay not bad [Music] okay left to right could be my first birdie first birdie oh that wasn’t bad speed was good I take the par dude that was perfect just had a nice three iron good contact is all I asked for it’s all I’m asking for oh my Lord oh heard the trees another lost ball oh dude ah little thin anyway I’m just going to drop right here cuz now we’re playing a scramble [Laughter] because I’m playing so bad it’s it’s become a scramble it’s got to go yeah see it looks far the humidity make the ball go a little less here too I think right yeah but not really and then I do that see I did that too earlier it’s just uh it’s just not being good at chipping is what it is dude that’s all for me it’s just for me it’s just me I suck at chipping so that’s all it is there you go yeah that was a good one chance chance yeah chance for par chance for par look at this oh dude I just don’t know how to putt man all right I’m going pick that up hopefully you all enjoy the mountain views you know that’s what we’re here for today just yep oh almost you know what but I’ll take a bie okay 14th hole is a par five playing about 566 but we’re going to hit an iron because I guess it cuts off and it’s not like I’m hitting the driver well anyway so what’s the point O finally hit a good one all right I hit a fairway for once but this is probably one of the widest Fairways on the course all right so 173 but it’s downwind so I’m just going to punch this seven iron kind of soft you don’t want it flying oh dude the sound was different though you hit that really well yeah a little there you go damn that’s tough that’s on a hill yeah you said a dollar after I hit it doll again once again Dollar Bet after I hit it yep dude I just cannot ball here I feel like I’m going to blast it when you’re not you know yeah you know playing this golf course gets you exhausted uh it’s not just because you got to keep looking for your ball car path only I’m exhausted but I want yall to see for yourself come out here haven’t been hitting the driver well but this is an exciting hole 15th hole drivable playing 297 let’s see if we can do it even though I haven’t hit one good drive today yeah that’s kind of strong in I don’t know if I can get this there we’ll see oh man sliced leaky short short leak oo a little too much cooking go go oh my Lord scooped it [Laughter] that’s funny thank you I will take that par I think it’s only my third par of the [Laughter] day nice par even though we should have been putting for birdie yep w let’s go I’m back baby oh be the number stay up that’s got to stay up ah almost got the Drone up there let’s see if I can get my first hole in one I’ve never had a hole in one in my life oh get down might be on the green I think it is yeah right just pulled it still no hole in one all right see if I can get a birdie first [Music] birdie spin but it was soft oh my Lord pushed it hey you got a chance for part here yep oh back to back Parts back to back that’s true oh man good effort that was good oh myud ball that’s what it was clean the ball man yeah there’s a lot of excuses we can make here today that’s true you know it’s not our golf swing we’ll show you couple all right y’all 17th hole might be drivable I got the Drone up there so let’s see if we can get this if I just hit it off that bunker and Faded it might be good cuz there’s some space might be a good line it’s a little short I hit a little soft but it’s in play so hey I’ll take it go see this the part that I suck at man I suck at chipping dude you hit a drive really well and then do that not really well good position and then I do that I don’t even know why I record all my shots when I play like that you know now because I lost confidence in my chipping I’m going to putt and then blasted past man golf golf is just a terrible game man I mean it’s a great game it’s a terrible game too at the same time yep even missed that one too hit a drive there and I got a double thank you all for watching hopefully you got a chance to see what the golf course is like extremely difficult difficult that’s what it’s like finally made it to the 18th hole it’s been a long round I’m sure it’s been a long video for those that actually made it this far but if you did thank you so much I really really really do appreciate it actually when people watch through the video but here we are 18th hole let’s hit a good t-shot finish off this round well and uh try to get some confidence for Thursday’s round at Capo cap is supposed to be a lot more flat okay it’s good position I’ll take it it’s climbing up the hill but sounded like it hit it well [Laughter] though all right I got 74 yards left no birdies today let’s see if I can get one try to hit this close oh my goodness that was way too much bite actually it wasn’t way too much it was a pull this distance was actually pretty good H been a long long round today go oh that’s a good shot dude very nice it’s a little left to wrer see if I can get this one and then uh I’ll be really happy I mean I’m happy anyway I get the golf in Hawaii it’s a blessing oh no I didn’t get it [Laughter] there man thank you I will take the par on 18 all right Bud it was a pleasure good plan thank you and for The Royal Hawaiian Golf Club is one of the most scenic and historic golf courses on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Nestled in the lush, tropical foothills of the Ko’olau Mountain Range, the course is known for its stunning natural beauty, including panoramic views of the mountains, valleys, and waterfalls that surround it.

Opened in 1993, Royal Hawaiian Golf Club was the first course co-designed by renowned architects Peter and Perry Dye and recently redesigned by golf hall-of-famer Greg Norman.

Not only did The Royal Hawaiian Golf Club provide spectacular views, it was the most challenging golf course that I have ever played. With many narrow fairways and little room for error, I was humbled by the difficulty of this golf course, yet enjoyed the peace that this golf course provided.

Needless to say, you can see the type of struggles I had through the round in this episode and it quickly became a round just to enjoy the scenery.
