The Golf Gods got to meet US president Donald Trump!
We got to meet Donald Trump at Trump’s course in the USA. You’re kidding me. Yeah. So, we um we had breakfast, the table next to him. Um we we got there this morning. We’re in Florida and uh we’ve we’ve snuck our video guy in and we told the security that he was a player to get the video guy in and uh pretty quickly the general manager rang our friend who’d organized around and had a go at him about how we were dressed and we’ve got a third. So, we had to kick him out. We had to go and buy Trump hats and t-shirts to to not get kicked out. And yeah, our mate said, “Put your hat on when he walks in.” And we’re like, “You can’t wear a hat in the clubhouse.” He’s like, “He owns the course. He’s not going to kick you out for wearing a MAGA hat.” So he walks in, we’ve put the hat on, and he looks at us and says, “You’re the best looking boys I’ve ever seen.” And he just kept saying it and he’s telling everyone, he’s walking around nudging people, telling us how good-looking we were. Wow. So, and then got to have a photo with him. So that’s amazing. Doesn’t get more surreal than that. I think that was pretty epic. That is absolutely epic. Nor people can say they met Trump. Yeah. What’s he actually like? I mean, he just talked normally. He just sounded like a lad. He was teasing a security guard about the guy took a photo of something on the wall and he’s like, “It’s already a picture. Why would you take a picture of a picture?” Like teasing him and it’s just I don’t know. He was just seemed like a lad in you know in that experience. Uh but yeah, it was it was crazy. Dale who’s like stone cold. He doesn’t ever react. He was shaking. I was sitting on my hands cuz my hands were shaking. It was It was a crazy experience seeing in person. Yeah. Well done.
