so what you’ll tend to do is as you make your down swing that knee will lose its flex and it drops behind you like that okay and that’s what gets you going that way you f in the bucket see that right if you flex your knee your shin goes into there we’re trying to come down and keep our Shin from going into that basket right so as you start to come down to see if you can keep yourself away from yeah that’s it that’s it good up to top as you changeed Direction this it just sits back of this it start to come down it just let that hip sit back okay that on more like it yeah
