We got two big days of filming, not only with Bryson the Shambo, but then we also got a day filming with my good friend Mr. Rick Shields himself. We got all the boys out here. Sadly, apart from Simon, who couldn’t make this one, some massive, massive videos coming, but this is one of my favorite places to come and play. Just look at this place. Just look at this place. Those of you who remember when we came out here film before, you’ll remember the third hole here is probably one of the my favorite holes in the world of golf. And we’re going to speedun to that shortly. I’m not going to hit on this hole, saving the back cuz look, based on what we just saw, boys might need me today. We don’t know what the plan is for Bryson’s channel. We’re filming first. It’s going to be Ryson versus everyone. There’s five of the boys here and me six. I think the plan is for the boys to take him on on their own. Six is a bit much. 61 is a bit much. However, we are playing that video at Bow Armor, which is where the live golf bed this week. Hence why Brighton’s in town. By the way, last night, what a ridiculous story I’ve got to tell you about last night. Pull the bike up and I tell you what happened. Right, so let me tell you what happened on this flight last night. The flight was delayed. The flight was delayed about an hour and then it was delayed about an hour more and we’re basically about 2 hours into a delay. We’re now sitting on the tarmac. We’re not going anywhere. And all of a sudden a guy turns over and whacks me on the head from behind me. I turn around and he sort of mumbled at me and I was like, “Okay.” And he said, “Oh, I thought it was someone else.” Turns out he was absolutely obliterated drunk. Basically, they come around to try and check his seat belts on. And he puts his hands in the air and he just doesn’t put them down. And they’re like, “Are you okay? Why are you not putting your hands down?” And he’s like, “I don’t know where I am.” And long story short, they kicked him off the plane. We had to go all the way back in, get him off the off the plane. We had to get his bags off the plane. They got into the hold, find his bags. Then we go back to our queue. All of Gatwick’s delay. So we got in 5 hours later than normal. So the boys, Freezy, Josh, and Lux are getting a little bit of extra beauty sleep ahead of the big video cuz it is a big video. Playing with Bryson Shambo at Verama doesn’t get much bigger than that. So yeah, traveling can be stressful, but traveling doesn’t always have to be stressful. One way traveling could be a I mean to be honest 220 is not a million miles driver anyway. It is my driver. You won’t be able to take much off this. If I can do it onehanded, that would be a real source, wouldn’t it? One-handed off the right hand side. It’s got to be out there somewhere, isn’t it? If it misses it. All right. Sorry. Tournament conditions on notoriously an incredible championship golf course, a difficult course. So the boys need to get the speed of the greens ASAP. Let me tell you, the fairways are so narrow there. The rough is so thick and it grows like back towards you. So if you go in it, you get no run and then you’re like in like this mulch. They are going to need their A games even as a fiveman scramble against Bryson. This is my Eagle P. I got to put this in. Really? I think you’re going to have to hold it, Harry. The only good thing is the boys are going to have five putts of it. There’s five of them versus Bryson. You shouldn’t miss. The thing that can get you in golf is missing the little short ones. And on these courses, greens like this. That could be really difficult. They got five goes here. But this is like not just a really really fast green in general, but it’s pre-ournament conditions. So this little bit here I actually think is more important than the range. See speed. just keeps that. That’ll be a good shot. I’m tapping all of these. Yeah. Wow. Tapping them. A good way of looking at it past greens if they’re just short puts. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Amazing golf green here. What What tips have you got for the boys, Bryson? Playing on faster greens than they used to. Yeah. I’d take a break for two weeks and then quit. Best thing y’all could do. First time’s brilliant. This is great. I love this. Look at the hole and just feel it right into it. That’s the best thing I can give you. There’s nothing really. So, just look at it and feel like you’re just rolling a plot with your team. Be the hole. Into it. Be the hole. Bryson Shambo versus Big Wedge. Going to be doing a 5v1 scramble. Five of the boys versus Bryce. The back tease, which is a disaster. Um, they’re scrambling. He’s playing legit. And then we’re going to do another nine holes after that. Very special format I’ll tell you about later. It’s going to be very interesting. I helped them read a green even, too. And they made it. Um, you made it, actually. So, I’ I’ve got some keen good thoughts for this afternoon’s little match. Hopefully, he hits it in the fairway a couple more times than he did last time. But, you never know. I could turn up and play really well. Of course you can. He’s got it. It happens sometimes. I think you might be the man to bring it the best out of him. I think this is probably the highest point of the golf course. It’s actually my first time on the back n of wrong out here last year as we spoke about earlier with the four bros. I only got to do the front nine that day. Back nine is tough. It was tough. I haven’t hit any golf shots on him, but it looks pretty tough. Like some tricky pins. I mean Bryson’s I think looking at his record, he shot eight under here. The worst he’s ever shot is one over par here. So he obviously he obviously suits him. I think he’s known as a bit of a trickier golf course. This vantage point up here is absolutely beautiful. Big wedge versus Bryson. Oh my god. Honestly, just try to hit it up by the green. Oh, wait. Where is it? Oh my god. What the hell? This is the 17th. Water everywhere coming in. And then the 18th. 467 yd par4. I can’t resist. I’m going to have to have a hit here. Look straight down there. Look how tight that is. Let’s see if this back can hold out. See if I can be able to play tomorrow night. It is feeling a bit better. But this is whether I can commit to the swing. Let’s have a look. Like that. I didn’t see it down, but it felt right. You know, it’s weird with the back injuries. It’s like doesn’t actually hurt low. It just pinches on the nerve like in my base of my spine, but it just doesn’t let you commit. You go to hit and you’re sort of like scared about going through it in case something pops or something. But that was actually all right. But I don’t know, man. I don’t know whether I should play tomorrow or not. I set lows tonight. It feels a lot better than it did yesterday anyway. So hopefully I can have a little go. Just finishing off on the video for our channel now. Bryson and Josh versus the rest of them. And it’s an equalizer, let me tell you. It’s an equalizer. But Josh has hit a really good shot on this hole. Actually, he’s got that new driver, the new Qi35, the new Platinum version. It’s absolutely awesome. He’s hit some really good shots on the range earlier. Hit some unbelievable shots with that new driver. Uh Josh is turning the corner. It’s just what happens is when he ever falls back into his old habit, so it’s a bad one. He just completely gets in his head and he’s like thrown out of his rhythm and he’s all off. It’s like he goes in these little bouts where he hits a great player for sort of two or three holes and then as soon as the one bad shot comes in, it all falls apart. So, a lot of it mental as we all know it is in golf. I’ll show you a few more bits from behind the scenes of this shoot here. It’s so hot. I can’t tell you how hot it is. By the way, we are going to head over back to the hotel and tomorrow we’re at Hienda where we were earlier, myself, Harry, and Randy. And we are filming with Mr. Rick Shields. So, we started this second video. Josh on absolute fire. He’s ripped one down the middle. He’s just hit like a finesse little half wedge to about 10 foot, maybe 8 foot. Might be about to make a solo birdie. This video is Harry and Freezy versus Lux, Josh, and Randy. 3v2 scramble, six holes, money on the line. Didn’t think we were getting this video in. It’s a bit of a bonus video to be honest because the two videos with Bryson, not only is it so hot, they were both quite long. Probably over 6 and 1 half hours of filming done already in the sweltering heat. I didn’t think the boys would want to film again, but here we are. My back’s starting to get pretty tight again, to be honest. I’m gutted. I’d love to be playing. I mean, this is the video’s for the boys really anyway, but I’d love to have a little go. Really hope I’m able to play a little bit tomorrow. We’ll have to see. Randy, you got to say it for me. What? I had it in the Right. So, Ry’s got to get in the line of the rockage in the background. Josh, I’ve never played it. I’ve just walked around it loads. Have you lot played three holes earlier. In fact, I think I did play some holes last year. I think I played about nine holes last time we were here. And that is our hotel where we’re staying. Uh we’ve just had a very near miss for a zera hole in one. We’re talking inches bounce up onto this mound round past the hole moving back towards it. Camera men were losing their heads. Phenomenal golf today. Solo birdie for Josh. Two two birdies in a miss ball. It’s unreal. Polarizing golfer. I’m a weird golfer. I just back at the hotel now. Changed for dinner. There is that par five that I kept raving about down the hill all out there. And there is the rock of Jibralta in the background. Time for a bit of dinner now in the restaurant. Harry’s now had to leave. He’s had to head back something. But bit of dinner, maybe a few drinks. You never know. See if I can loosen the back off and then Mr. Shields. Your turn tomorrow. Good morning. Another day, another beautiful morning. You know, it’s relentless. Soon as you wake up, the heat is there straight away. Soon as you walk up to that air, look at this view from this hotel. Sun coming up on this golf course. It’s right over that way. I can’t actually point. Can’t actually see it where I am. But today is Mr. Rip Shields. Now I’ve woken up. Can’t lie. The back’s feeling not as good as I was hoping it was going to. It’s been feeling better and better every day. This morning it woke up steing. It’s basically where I’ve got a product disc and the disc sort of sticks out and rubs on the nerve and it basically means that every time I bend or twist it just like pings down me down my sort of back a little bit. It’s more discomfort than pain but I think it’s going to be all right. I think I need to just loosen up. When I got out of the shower it was a bit better. Um but let’s just see. I don’t want to do any longer term damage. The eagle eyed of view spotted. We got some big wave clothing so the boys have been starting to wear it. We’ve got all the not all of the pieces from the first drop, but most of them ready out here with us. Been see this amount. So, I’ve got some to give to Rick and also for some of the crew to wear. Start popping up in videos. Not every size yet. So, I’m not able to get everybody in it, but it’s going to be coming out. I don’t know if it’s going to be out yet or not. By the time this video goes out, whether it’s going to be launched, probably not to be honest. So, you might see a few little pieces in the background of videos. Keep a look out. See what you can spot. But some really nice bits that I think you guys are going to love it. What we thinking going from Bryson to Rick? We’re going to do I think Rick’s going to prove the Brits are on top. You reckon? Yeah. Rick’s going to show us like a 400 yard drive. I can see it. Oh, wow. Huge. So, what do we think should be the shots? We’re doing the chase. It’s like over six holes. What’s his handicap? Well, he’s a pro, isn’t he? So, scratch. He’s a pro. He’s a pro. He’s a professional. So, well, probably when he’s about 17. You turn pro to be a coaching pro. Can I turn pro? You can turn pro once you’re a handicap of four or below and you need to do a playing ability test. You have to shoot a certain score over two rounds and then you become pro. So we can legally be pro golfers if you’re once you’re a four. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So So Rick will probably say maybe I don’t know maybe like a four. Okay. So that’s 20. I got 24 in there. But that’s I got 18. I have 24. Nine. I have 12. Too many numbers. We’re just trying to six. Yeah. Eight. Okay. I was think I was going to say 10. I was going to say 10 8 6 or nine. Uh it’s going to be six holes. I was thinking of nine seven five and three for freezing. So had a phone call from Rick and he’s had a flat tire. His Uber’s in a flat tire. He’s just now he’s had to pull into Valorama. Tell him no rush at all. We’re happy having some drinks and food.
