  1. A part of the role of the person holding the mitts is to boost their partner's confidence. People engage more in practice, and put more effort into training when they get that positive reinforcement, which is one of the reasons why you'll see all these coaches sort of "slapping" the pad down on the boxer's glove while the boxer is punching. This is simply an extension of that criteria, and it's also kind of a visual representation for when you rocked your opponent and have him up against the ropes. It's fun to train like this, and it's good to get creative with it to incorporate into your drills.

  2. The man is strong as shit!😮 Imagine him landing that. Ouch! Or I’m mean 😴😴💤💤. He looks like a good matchup with Berlanga. Somebody going night night.

  3. He seems like a solid teacher, wish he didn't fuck his entire career drinking that sweet MAGA kool-aid.
