PRG Golf, a global leader in bespoke golf accessories, has expanded its 2025 Ryder Cup accessories range with an eye-catching collection created by leading golf artist Lee Wybranski.
The much-anticipated contest at Bethpage Black this September will mark the fifth time that PRG has been an Official Team Supplier for the Ryder Cup, responsible for delivering all USA and Team Europe accessories for players and caddies.
As well as serving as the official accessory supplier in New York, PRG has collaborated with talented artist Wybranski, who has added his flair to a specialised product line-up with a number of playful designs and images that capture the energy of the historic showdown.
The product line includes headcovers for both mallet and blade putters, driver, wood and rescue covers, as well as a zip tote bag to store other accessories.
An artist since the age of 18, Wybranski’s first project in golf was a pen and ink portrait of Winged Foot’s famous Clifford Wendehack clubhouse. He has created classic, collectible work on behalf of The R&A, PGA of America, and United States Golf Association, and his artwork can be found at some of the finest clubs in the game, as well hanging on the wall of many a Major champion.
This year, Wybranski has worked with PRG across three of the four Major Championships, and his collaboration with the brand for the 2025 showdown at Bethpage has provided him with a platform to showcase his artistry once again and excite fans for what promises to be another enthralling encounter.
At the 107th PGA Championship, PRG designed a limited-edition barrel cover that featured the iconic surroundings of Oak Hill, with only 107 designs created to celebrate this iteration of the Major Championship. For the 2025 US Open and 153rd Open Championship, PRG showcased the respective Lee Wybranski collections in the on-site merchandise tents throughout the tournament weeks, with all products selling out long before the completion of the events.
Wybranski, who has immersed himself in the game of golf, said: “For the Major Championships, I typically try to identify three main characters in the drama and what will be the most compelling visual elements that tell the story for the tournament. At the Ryder Cup, one of the main characters is the fanfare and the pageantry – it’s different from any other event in golf.
“My first Ryder Cup was Hazeltine, which is where I created one of my favourite images – the famous 7th hole complete with a replica of the Swilcan Bridge dedicated to the late Payne Stewart. It had that tip of the cap to the European side and a tribute to the man who wasn’t just renowned for his record in the event, but also for his sportsmanship and how he conducted himself during the matches.”
PRG CEO, Stephen Riley, said: “We share that joy of taking an idea and designing something that will resonate with golfers. Lee has a remarkable talent for bringing stories and moments to life, and we’ve been very fortunate to witness first-hand where his inspiration comes from and how he then cultivates his ideas. Lee said he wanted the product to feel like ‘fireworks and confetti’. It has that look and feel. With the quality finish, it really is a work of art.”
