Does he exclusively ride in carts when playing? Does he ever walk/carry?
Just make sure he’s never going to walk…my wife got me a cart bag she had no idea, not realizing that I walk several times a week…she was kind enough to get me a push cart after she realized that though lol
It’s a great cart bag, he should love it. Does he like that sort of pattern/colorway ?
I like the Woode bag a lot, I’m also a big fan of the Titelist Cart 14.

I like how they hold the clubs in place to prevent “bag chatter” from the irons hitting each other. (I have the stand bag version.) They have a variety of color combinations. (They also have 20-30% off coupons for orders as well. Just search for Ogio promo code)
I have the Ogio Silencer bag. They are nice. Sun Mountain make nice cart bags also
This is a GREAT bag. But go with the “Silencer” version!
Personally I wouldn’t buy another Ogio that doesnt have the silencer top. I have an older one and it has fabric flaking off and in trim the adhesive under it gets all over the clubs.
So my anecdotal experience with the standard Woode Cart bag has not been great. I bought the Hibiscus one in 2023, had to have it warranty replaced in 2024 for the handle rivets popping loose. Then, just a month ago had to warranty replace that one (Aloha pattern) because the inner pockets ripped out of the top two pockets. Bag was never abused, and always on a cart.

May seem like a lot of questions but a cart bag could be a huge mistake.
Double check the back of the bag too. I have the silencer bag that looks similar but it has Velcro straps that you have to attach to the cart as opposed to the normal strap that the carts have. It’s a bit tedious and annoying.
I had an Ogio Woode cart bag but it would always tip over on flat surfaces unless I had it perfectly balanced. I sold it and switched to a Callaway Fairway 14.
Doesn’t stand too well without tipping over. Also the cart strap literally goes over the front pocket with is poor design. I returned mine. Lots of similar problems have been accurately reviewed

Ogio is garbage get a titleist. My woode bag lasted a year and strap broke and insides ripping titleist 15 hole bag going on 2 years now … Ogio = callaway = trash 🗑️

I have the hybrid woode bag and love it. I am particular and spent a ton of time searching and returned a few others before I kept the woode.

Costco has good ones. You can put one of these on a push cart also. They’re not only for riding in a cart…
