#1 instructor Mark Blackburn shares how to rotate in the golf swing by understanding ground reaction forces. Great example for golfers to improve their swing with!
to create rotation in your swing on this horizontal plane I got a stool here so I’m going to put this stool I’m going sit here think of the trail foot drags back frictionally and the Lead Foot pushes forwards frictionally and those together when this drags the right side Trail side moves forwards and when this pushes forwards that pulls you back around okay now here’s what’s really important the longer more stable you play ERS tend to have more Lead Foot frictional push than Trail foot drag we always want this to be more because if this drags back more than this one pushes you’re going to get that hip launching and you’re going to lose you’re going to move into the ball you’re also going to find that that pulls that combined Force forwards and makes people early extend

No idea wtf he just said
All these videos are great but so short. Post the long version
When you say you want lead foot push and trail foot drag are you refering to the back swing or the down swing?
No clue
