  1. This isn't new, this is just one of the few times its been slowed down at this angle. He does this, or at least tries to do this every step back he can. But, does actually put his foot down sometimes and the ref still doesn't call it. Harden knows the ref has to focus hard on just his feet to notice if his step is a real one or not. The worst part is for players who don't usually guard them get into the mindset of "oh that was a travel" and start watching his feet too.

  2. It looks like multiple steps but its not in the definition of normal step as long as you not leave your foot from the floor it’s still count as one here james harden doing amazing that some people cant’t realize this therefore they call it’s travel you have to identify the what is step how it work firstz

  3. That is not clean. He move his pivot. You’re not allowed to move after you planted.

  4. Right there where his left foot plants and moves is a travel. That defeats the purpose of the game I like James Harden, but that’s not right.

  5. He sells it by having the ball on his left side and looking that way as a pass fake, then the natural rotation to center caries him farther out and creates rhythm

  6. He gathered the ball with two hand when he was on his LEFT FOOT(legal). It means his LEFT FOOT IS PIVOT(legal), then he moved his right(legal), then he moved his pivot foot(legal), then he again LANDED BY HIS PIVOT(left) FOOT and took the shot(illegal).
    So, the move is travel.

    • How to make this legal-
After making pivot foot to left foot he can move with his right foot and can take a shot with lifting his left foot but he has to take the shot before his left foot gets down again and that is the real RULE.
