I mean I’ve tried a bunch of different diets but for me there’s a lot of benefits to this carnivore diet so the carnivore diet is kind of a trip some people here and there will find the diet does two things for them one is it radically improves all of their blood work markers of Health longevity two is that they really like it and for those folks carnivore or at least a modification of carnivore where you get some extra fiber and some vitamins minerals and maybe some mixed greens can really be a pretty long-term pretty sustainable diet that’s super healthy and works well the vast majority of people will start the carnivore diet and get so godamn sick of eating only meat they’ll just fall off the wagon it’s an insanely restrictive diet I don’t have to tell you that it’s one of the most possible restrictive diets is it only lets you eat one food group meat that’s it that’s good what you eating for meal 2 today oh it’s meat again isn’t it what about meal 3 meat it is most people just can’t sustain the diet and for huge fractions of people eating a relatively balanced diet of lean meats which is dope veggies fruits whole grains and healthy fats is probably the best way to he both in their blood work and in how they like it and can sustain it and enjoy it and makes them feel better

Totally agree with you regarding it's restricted but you can add 20-30 carbs. Like a salad or small portions of vegs

You’re not supposed to eat lean meats on carnivore. You’re supposed to eat the fatty meat. It’s the fatty meat that sustains life and heals the body. We’ve been lied to about how to eat our food. eat your fats, eat your red ruminant meats, and eat less plants.

It’s easily sustainable. Idk what you’re talking about. You lose cravings for carbs after a couple of weeks and it’s stupid easy to buy groceries when all you eat is meat and eggs and butter. You’re also BSing or just ignorant about the blood work stuff. There are no “healthy grains” and they certainly don’t improve blood markers. You can argue for berries and some vegetables but hard no to grains being part of a healthy diet. That’s crap. Yeah you get body builder bulk from the water retention carbs give you but I’d rather look lean and be healthier than look bulky for show and not much more
I find it so easy. No cravings on it. If I do eat other foods I'm ok for a bit, but it eventually ramps up to me eating two pizzas, a bag of Doritos, five diet Cokes, a whole package of caramel Reese peanut butter cups or oreos, ice cream, candy to fill the void. 😆

I see so many people are commenting that they are following this diet for few week and months and it doing wonder for them. Folks, you are in hooneymoon period right now. From next 3-4 years come back and tell us how much fucked up your health is because of eating only meat all the time.
You don't eat three times a day in carnivore diet
Not insanely restrictive: beef, lamb, pork, eggs, any type of fish, dairy, Lots and lots of benefits. Lots and lots of variety
Steak. Eggs. Bacon. Grass fed butter. Down 25#. One cheat day a month I eat whatever I want. Zero sugar, even on cheat day because it makes me feel like shit. Sugar is not worth it. Carnivore diet definitely works, though.

i'm gonna bet the main benefit of the carnivore diet comes from the fact that you can't eat tacos, kebab, burgers and such in that diet. all those highly processed food that are extremely popular and where there's more than just meat. so instead of highly processed low quality food, you end up buying good quality meat that you cook yourself.
Carnivore is gross
I been on carnivore for almost a year. It has cut my weight drastically. My sleep improved lost a painful lump in my Achilles tendon that Drs said couldn’t be helped. The only drawback is my LDL is three the roof. I’ll probably stay on until I go on vacation in November
I am on my third round of the Carnivore diet. I did it for year. If you change up the different meats you eat that helps with variety . It's when you only eat one type of meat or only prepare the same thing can become boring. But then it can get tough when you are around others that are not carnivore.
Lean meat? Heck no! You use the whole point of the carnivore diet! It's about high fat/low carb! I have been Ketovore (90% meat) for 2 years and will never go back to the S.A.D. diet!

Loads of shait. Mike doesn't know anything about a carnivore diet. First of all, he doesn't know anything about beaing natural, so why would he care about the purest of all the different ways of eating? For people like him it's all about getting bigger and stronger…
1. You don't have to eat just meat, although many people do. You can:
a) Include fish, seafood and eggs + little of dairy products too.
b) Ketavore is also an option (low carb plant food like nuts/greens welcomed).
2. It's normal that you have cravings for carbs and it's hard for many, but
-what can you do if you ate high carb, or even high sugar diet for all your life? It's called addiction to carbs.
3. After some time on carnivore you really start craving meat – believe it or not! – and not some processed snacks you crave most of the time on the high carb/sugar diet.
4. Being restrictive doesn't make it bad, but difficult for many. We were taught that food is a pleasure, when for thousands of years for most people it was just something necessary to survive.

I don't know who this guy is but he doesn't speak for women. He doesn't speak for me. I'm a cook and gardener. No one loved vegetables and low fat eating more than I did. But slowly over time, with age I gained weight. I also gained pain, random disease, deficiencies, less strength and brain power. Getting rid of fiber cured my IBS. Getting rid of greens, sweet potatoes and their excessive oxalates got rid of my arthritis pain. Getting rid of carbs made my HDL rise and my triglycerides lower. Getting rid of sugar stopped glycation of my arteries and bodily systems. Getting rid of sugar helped cure my SIBO. As a cook there is so much I can make with only animal foods. Lack of imagination and skills is an individual problem with learning not sustainability. Don't know what this guy is selling but like Peter Attia he sounds like a sell out.

I’ve been on grass fed beef, organic fruit, and raw and unfiltered honey for almost a year now and it completely changed my life.
Eating meat all day everyday is just completely stupid. I do think it can be beneficial, not for everyone but, depending on your biology 🧬 but, i still think the frequency of 3 meat meals a day is %100 detrimental. Im not a doctor or scientist but, i would assume based off what i know about digestion and nutrition absorption, if u gonna do it. Should probably eat once a day if not every other day. Meat especially beef takes so long to digest n our long intestines.
