My Maz Build

Well friends, today is the day. After 3 months of sourcing EMT, fabric, turf, miscellaneous hardware and a deep dive down the long slippery slope of projectors…..I have “finished” my garage build. Garage Ceiling height: 10.5’, width 22’, depth 22’.

All-In Cost: $7,348.00 CAD (taxes incl.)

Only rule imposed by my wife: both cars must fit in the garage. I only had to reduce enclosure depth down to 40”. This is plenty deep enough.

I loosely followed the Maz build:

12.75’ x 9.75’ x 40” enclosure. (1” EMT)
Perfect 12’x9’ viewable impact area.
Raw impact screen material (Maz build)
Gaming PC (3060TI) running 4:3 resolution in GSPro ultra mode.
Optoma GT2100HDR
Square LM – This thing is so easy to setup and get going. Both lefty and right works beautifully.
Gym mats up front.
Synlawn turf 6×9
