“What I’m about to tell you in 57 seconds is worth 40 years of golf lessons.”

That’s because we were never told the real keys to golf success. Life is too short to search for the answers to the golf swing. Stop wasting your time and just swing like this!

I break it all down step-by-step in my free course: https://saguto.golf/free-golf-tips?video=bO6d4d6Ck8w

so we start from a foundation of this arm straight through here and then I’m going to Anchor something called weight forward so I’m preserving the circle right here I’ve set it circle is intact we build our swing from this basic Foundation anchoring the weight forward for contact and then this shoulder is intact the next thing is we’re going to create something called rotational power because we can’t afford shifting that changes contact right there rotational power happens on a circle so I’m going to turn my shoulders and I’m going to turn my hips the front shoulder is going to move around my body as I’m creating power but still the center of the circle is where my front shoulder was it’s intact you don’t see my head move so if I look at the center got the head center of my shoulders you draw a DOT on the center of my shoulders you’ll see them staying in the same spot that tells you the circle is intact so I’m going to turn my shoulders in a circle my head’s staying in place that’s helped by the weight forward the lead arm straight

  1. What if my body has restricted movement like tight neck and limited shoulder rotation.

I find I hit better if I allow my nose to point towards my wrists for the start of the backswings. I can’t practise what you are teaching specifically. Can you make a video which adjusts your swing motos for those slightly limited/tight movement/rotations.

  2. The golf swing is a constant subconscious ‘tug of war’ battle in the brain to stay in balance of over the support between heels and balls of feet and to win that battle the shifting of body mass, upper and lower, always needs to stay one step ahead of the direction the swinging masses in the arms and club head mass on the end of the sticks of various lengths pull.

Probably the least understood concept in golf is now movement multiplies kinetic energy — the force you feel in the club head pulling the air holding it as it swings faster. It is EXPONENTIAL which means that increasing club head mass speed 2x swinging it back increases its kinetic energy 4x and by the time it is moving 10x faster the multiplier effect on kinetic energy is 100x greater.

In a tug of war against an opponent with a rope on and intuitive level the subconscious balance center of the brain can react in real time as it senses the pull on the rope increasing by shifting body mass and using leverage

But in a golf swing the changes in the kinetic energy created and stored in the swinging masses of arms and club head happen to rapidly for the reflexes of most humans to react to them in real time. What makes someone a more naturally ‘gifted’ athlete is in large part having a faster balance reflex which is why the less gifted one is in that department the more one must become CONSCIOUSLY AWARE when, why and how the club force is going change and how to anticipate it.

A person swinging club back for the first time from an A frame stance usually gets body mass / <- | < – – pulled off balance because the amount of kinetic energy the small club generates is more than expected. It’s counter-intuitive in the sense that if instead of 400 gram club head there was a 4KG iron ball on the end of the shaft you would be more conscious aware of the force and how rapidly it increases as the club swings back.

The set-up Tom is showing here at address ANTICIPATES the force of the club pulling backwards around the feet in the takeaway and the way the legs and hips are being moved keeps the CENTER OF BALANCE over the same spot x=) ) on the ground between the feet to keep the swing radius the same on the way down as it was at address. 👍❤

  3. I do a 360 spin, click my heels like Dorothy, then hit it off my back foot with left leg doing a Chuck Norris roundhouse while striking the ball with my right hand only, weight distribution means nothing pendelum is boss.

  4. sorry I can't get to the phone right now I'm getting crispy AF watching one of Tom's golf videos
🤘🏼💀🇺🇸 Tom, your awesome . and truly appreciated

  5. Why do no pros swing like you? Now I'm copying your swing obviously it makes more sense to me it's much simpler and I smash the golf ball like the only reason I'm good at golf is because I hit the ball 330 to 360 yd And I'm an okay wedge player. Garbage everywhere else literally garbage I mean fucking terrible to put it lightly If I have a eight iron or up into the green which I rarely do but if I do it's going to be hooked 100% so this has been working but I just don't understand what no one else does it. The only part of my game is good is driving and by doing what you're doing actually made my direction ridiculously better my contacts always been good

  6. I played professional golf through my 20’s with this stack and tilt swing. For some reason, I went away from it for 12 years. Two year ago I started swinging like this again. I’m 46 and have gotten my handicap from a 6 back down to a +2. It’s 110% the better way to swing a golf club. It takes som getting used to but it’s not tough and it’s way easier on your body too. I’ve actually gained distance switching back because my ball striking is much better. Thanks for the tips!
