Back at 11, Scotty Sheffler big par save here early on round two. Yeah, he drove it in the rough and that is a tough spot to be. Pitched it to there, got it up and down. That’s a huge save early on. So, a couple of pars to begin this Saturday in the third round. He had an up and down day yesterday. You could see at times throughout the round he got a little frustrated. Couple of early pars at one and two for him. Vital that you find the fairway here at the par five. And he does just that. That was six irons. Well, for Sheffler. Exactly what we’re talking about. Left edge cutting towards the left side of the green. That’s just what he does. That is exactly where he wanted the ball to end up. That was the goal. Give himself a look at Eagle, but don’t make the mistake. love to give it a chance, which he did, but you just want to leave that putt right there. Knock that in for your birdie and head off to the fourth hole. He’s just kind of hanging around. Kurt, not making a lot of noise the first couple days, but he’s right there. He knows exactly what he’s doing. He just wants to be right where, you know, having a chance on Sunday. Eight iron hits a narrow opening to this green. The whole location in the front. And again, Damon, you know, he’s looking at a spot 20 ft right. It’s right exactly where he hits it. 126 is going with gap wedge. Usually one of the best in terms of controlling his flight and distance on these. That’s once you drive it in the fairway at six, that’s a green light flag. After everything that’s going on with Fleetwood, Scotty’s got a birdie putt to get within three. At 3:00 local time, we’ll have that annual flyover. It’s one of the coolest things. That plane flies so low. It is such an awesome site. And FedEx number one in Memphis to the world. Number one, Scotty Shuffler. Got a really good break. Went for a lot. Caught that tree. Came down on the first cut. Just over 40 yardds there. Oh, quality left for the world number one. Tommy Fleetwood leads by one in Memphis. [Applause] Center cut. Nice up and down to stay within five. Lead held by Tommy Fleetwood at the eighth. Scotty Shuffler’s on the T. John. Disat iron from 177. Probably taking a club he knows he can’t hit long and go ahead and hit it as hard as he can. Oh, he got some release. Well done again. Scotty starting to heat up here in the Memphis warm to the winner all the way down. He goes from 32nd to 50th with one bogey. Now Sheffller that one homeer now four back of the lead. Talked a lot about the wind, John. The flag’s not moving an inch. It’s really tough to figure out right now. He’s definitely trapped that. It’s on the low side on a fantastic line. Yeah. And the right club. Good job figuring that out. Putting those two heads together there. It’s tough sometimes the wind. It’s supposed to be straight right to left there. Bernie to get a little closer. Look out for the world number one. The FedEx Cup leader to 32 on the front side. And now he’s just four back. momentum going into the back nine. Backto back birdies. Okay, thanks for the clarification. Sheffler t at 11. This could be more of an aggressive attempt for Sheffler. He can cut the ball easier than Bud Collie did, but he played the safe shot there almost as expected. Big breaks here. Just kind of a steady move the whole way down. It’s got a little bit of speed to it. Yeah, John, these greens are fairly flat, aren’t they? Sometimes hard to see lines, especially with the no grain. Usually you play for some grain here. Come on, Scotty Sheffler. Don’t tell Scotty Sheffle these are hard to read. Just earlier. Watch what happens here. It hits the sprinkler head and that just deadens it right pretty much its position left. Another look at this shot by Sheffller from a different angle to show you the bad break he got. Second hop. hits kind of the inside edge it. So now this for par. It’s a difficult putt downhill breaking hard right to left. Wow. Bad break extinguished. [Applause] Sheffler is already running a little hot from that lie he had earlier and then he had that break. But I like when his putts have that pace on it, you know, that has the I’m going. Yeah, this from 163 for Sheffler. Tossing it up a touch higher. That’s the reason it land a little softer. That is a beauty. Oh, sure was going for it. And Shepler coming back for par at 14. Not what you wanted to leave yourself after having that fairly simple chip. He’s cashing those four bucks in in the last few weeks, Dan. It’s been impressive to watch. The easiest hole on the golf course. Oh, I pulled it. Come back a little away. That’ll be problematic at the 16th for Shepler. A cool shot out of the rough. try to flight it under these branches and run it up the narrow gap to the front hole location. John Wood was telling us that that lie was actually pretty good for Sheffler. So maybe he finally got a decent break out there. He could make this. Oh, it grabbed on him big time. [Applause] Oh yeah. got it to go. I was wanting to yell at him to hit it hard enough the whole time. Here’s a rare stat, Woody. He’s last in proximity today, meaning iron shots close to the hole. Never hear that for Sheffler. What is he putting? He’s first in putting though, so maybe right on the fringe. will stay. Gotti with the putter just off that bounced right at the start. See that coming up hill up the fringe. Number one man in the FedEx Cup race number two Roy Moy way up in the air. And this is right at that last bunker. Absolutely perfect. Got out there pretty good for a 3-wood too. That’s going to be Leave him a nice look. Perfect. Yeah, beautiful drive with three-wood. This is green light. 18’s playing under par today. You can go after it. Not many balls left in that hole today. I know that. You just give him that confidence with that putter and he is otherworldly. And guess who’s in the mix of another PGA Tour event? 65 for Sheffler. Thanks for watching the PGA Tour. For more, click here. To subscribe, click here.

Scottie is going to beat fleetwood, I’m alr calling it
What an amazing player made me love golf
I love Scottie best swing you ever saw
would have loved to have seen the "fly by"….
Lets go Rory!
Scottie please let Tommy get one!
I lost more respect for him yesterday. On hole 16, he hit his 2nd shot out of the rough and back into the rough on the other side of the fairway. Then he started throwing a hissy fit like he did on the practice range at the open. Between his confrontation with the police last year and these emotional outbursts, I don't think we know the true Scotty. I don't think he's humble, grateful, or as kind as he pretends to be.
Amazing tempo and swing. The best on the planet.
Hard to beat Scotty when he’s on like this
Scottie's like a machine on the course. A birdie machine.
Spider putter sales after this round 📈📈📈📈
He Hitting Them Puts Today Doe .!
Poor Tommy. It is like being pursued by a shark!
Scottie is on the prowl!
Go Scottie!
👍👍😊
Of course he does, it's not more than 5 players that can play okey. The rest is just extras from a low division. I actually thinks Scottie has in his contract that there is some tournament he is not allowed to win so some other player got their minutes in the PGA. They just wait for Scottie to have motivation problems and problems at home ..
It is amazing to see them play golf.
great leaderboard and final round coming
I want to see Tommy's 1st PGA tour Win🎉
2:34 Tomly Feetwood 🗿
Scheffler climbing the leaderboard. That never happens.
Dude is a machine 💪 4:47
