Obviously, you just chewed it out. This is a 100 yards right. Boy, that’s a flare. That almost sounded like it was dangerous. The early action elsewhere here in the sunshine. And uh Ian Palter, he needs to play his best golf years round in lift golf league history. That was his third shot into the 12th hole, but he’s starting off two over par. Harold Vana the third needs points break into the season long top 24 and he started nicely with a bird in the park for let’s go. [Music] Sit, sit, sit, sit, sit, sit down. It’s open over there. Oh, that’s not good. That’s watching your former captain, Dustin Johnson. Took out his Vokey wedges yesterday cuz he kept missing him righty. Well, this is another one that’s right, but should work out pretty good. put his Cleveland wedges back in. Did have to put a little water on. Carded the joint lowest round on Sunday. The entire field at the JCB last time out of 65. Just flew it a touch too far. Open zone back into the drop zone or relegation zone. It’s a big five. The same thing factoring here. The wind’s blowing pretty good. Should help move this ball a little bit to the right as it’s off its back. [Music] Drop shots then for S. Oh, this is going right at it. He birded that then at the par three fourth at the third for birdie Nicholson played the bunker shot to here. No surprise this for bogey. Oh, that’s a heck of a bunker shot. Spaniard then Jose Bay on the T five sharing the lead with none other than Bryson Dshambo. Yeah, the driver. Oh, boy. Jumped the bunker to the right side over there. It’s probably the only angle he’s got. It’s coming out hot though. Yeah, it was a good swing. Not much. floating right on him, but tough shot today. Ball’s just inside his right toe. Never has a problem keeping it down. Yeah, lovely shot. Lower these short irons are going to fly with this new ball. That’s definitely not as high. It’s straight at that TV tower. Kind of like this one. He’s aiming for a top 10 finish in the season long standing. Just mean a lot to him to hang with the quality of field that we have here. Bryson for birdie at five. Oh yes. Yeah, Tom, I think that piece is going to be studied for years cuz it was he gave so much. Just it’s just such a liberating feeling and that’s what he does. He seems to be seem trying to favor to loosen up that left hand and left wrist, but he’s he he was very careful on that first T- shot, but it seems like he’s got his speed back. A good dash looked like it was on the fairway, but there’s a lot of rough that cuts in from the right side here. And oh, he didn’t catch it. Oh my god. He certainly didn’t. It must have come up. Just caught that so perfectly. Beautifully played. Made his birdie at nine and he is three under parked. No more than a flick with the wedge. Lovely shot from Burister. His third shot. Kane just a little overdone. Love this walk up song. Just a subtle flex. [Music] Team David Poo is a well-established league golf league player. He teed off at 10. He’s two under par for his round so far on this Super Saturday. And this second shot into 14 set on one of those birdies. So he’s one of 10 players who are three shots off the lead. Another of them is Richard Bland. His first birdie of the day came at the ninth. Looks good though. [Music] A good hit it pin high. Was in a perfect spot. Just did not hit a very good pitch to here. Star off the ninth T with an iron. [Music] Oh, that’s a swing that could last forever. [Music] So much wind up there. [Music] It’s okay. It stays out of the long stuff. Yeah, to make this a few moments ago, he would be back amongst the points after a disappointing opening round of 736 off the lead. A better swing from Phil. Yeah, it’s a nice start at number seven. Going to have to start this way to the right. Yeah, strong crosswind. Oh boy, that is close to that. Absolutely. This was Taylor Gu. His second shot at 10, whose recent form has seen him leap way up the standings to fourth place from nowhere. That’s the sort of form that has got him just one off. Generating as much speed through the ball, trying to tumble it on there. Oh, takes a huge kick, man. Right. [Music] [Music] wind just holding that up. [Music] Good effort. Burmeister 88 yds away. His second shot at number seven. Oh, it’s a 35. As windy as this, the course is set up as tough as this. You’re going to have to accept that you will make bogeies, but don’t turn it into a double. That’s the shot. No, that’s beautifully played. Really difficult to judge that. The way he carries himself, it’s it’s almost like he expects this out of himself. That will drop Mito to one spot above the relegation zone if he puts that away. Henrik Stenson would still be in it. This his T-shot at the par 313th which led to birdie as he steadily climbs the pylon seeking a first win of the season which will who is struggling here in Chicago and Rahm could yet leave Chicago leading the title race with one event to play this was his second shot of 14 it was another eagle opportunity he settled for a birdie but it’s a four underpart threehole stretch that has [Music] needed another couple of yards to the sneak. Good effort. Good shot. In a bit of a groove. Oh, came out kind of a glancing blow. Came out sideways on him for eagle. Not bad. forward. Well played. Burmy got a bad break. It was right in front of the green. Was got to hammer. That’s going to get it there. Farther right. See the fair would be no problem for him. Yeah, he’s got it on the short stuff. He can spin it from there. Oh, it’s down wind and he’s chased after that. Yeah. Does that flat flight runs about 50 yards to the left contour make it spin a hair right when it grabs this well short. They won the inaugural team event in London 2022. Their last win was in Tulsa in 2023. They beat the four races by a a single shot. Simple chip. [Music] Nicely done. He had to get a 900. 30 runs about to come to an end. Like you said, David, I can’t see how you can go for this pit. We know how firm this top half of the green is. Some aggressive play downwind went and everything is downhill towards this pin. Oh, he overdid it. He’s too close to the green from that angle. Yeah, David, his ball landed in the middle of the fairway the left side of the big mound and it Kareem way left. That came out left. Was trying to hit it. Works out. Yeah, that’s really a good shot from there. Get a lot of spin on it. This is Mito Pereira’s third shot at 18 and he gets it right. [Music] A shame he didn’t take full advantage of that length. Now a tricky chip. My goodness. And some work left now. Wrong. [Music] Bryson didn’t get the contact he wanted there. He was up against the scene. Well, for the second straight hole, Bayister has a test of par and this one misses. Good firm. The seven iron from Burmy. A kick right soft. That takes a huge first bounce. Yeah, he didn’t get either. [Music] Just misjudged that off the first T. Got to hit this fairway. It is the hardest green to find. And should be okay. First cut, but not bad. Sit down. Sit. Sit down. Left and long. How this ball works in this wind. How can he keep this down? He doesn’t want it to ride this wind. [Music] Stinger lead by three again. and he was just inches off the fairway there and hits into the slope which probably kept it on the green really. It was Sergio off his T-shot at 15. Couple holes here. That’s not going to make him smile either. Oh wow. Wonderful try. Fast. He’s made a few loose swings towards the end of this round. Good shot at 17. [Applause] Every single shot is so important at this stage. He’s left a few short last few holes. Five at the park for his round so far and bogey free. Uh-oh. [Music] That’s not good. No. And that’s likely going to have to in a lot of pain the last few hoes. That left wrist is really bothering him. He showed me off the back of the 14th green. He could hardly move his thumb and his fingers. A cool story about me. When I had an interview with Waco, he actually before interviewing him, he was asking all about me and where he was. And that just shows the brothership of that team. But that was not his. [Music] Oh, great shot. So good. Right on the bubble for a top 24 finish and a guaranteed spot in the live golf league next season. But that was pretty much for Burmy. Don’t need to get real cute. Only thing left of that pin middle of the green do just fine. That’s exactly what he’s doing. Soft at the front there. [Music] Oh, what a huge buns. Difference between them. Just effortless power. [Music] I guess 30 or 40 yards on the grind out of that. [Music] That’s a good line. Leave a good angle in if it stays at short short dish grass. That’s a mile up there. Just a moment to go. They trail the fireballs by two. Bryson went very low with them. Oh, watchito Pereira. Straight into the breeze here. Trying to knock one down into this left hole location. Just drifting a little right. Oh, to get it close. That was a good shot. [Music] Oh, [Music] looked like he liked it. Try that. A lot softer than most right there. Yeah, that one was deep in the rough. What about back nine holes at Bowling Brook here for John Ram? This is at 18. His penultimate hole to get to seven under par as the shadows lengthen here. Two. He was two over without a birdie. Oh yeah. Come on. DJ is 10 shot. [Music] hating so much [Music] resulted something very special. Yeah, you’re right, Jerry. Oh, he like that T- shot. Yeah, that one climbed out a little bit. He won’t be happy with the distance he gets out of it, but he’ll take it right down the middle. That one spun more than he wanted. Well, he once trailed by eight going into a final 17. He’s always a little low. Two shots. This is his second at 18. [Applause] Hermas’ final hole. hasn’t had the day that he wanted, but this was for birdie at 17. That’s pretty much sir. Come on, DJ. Here we go. Maybe just chase it up to the green. He certainly tied for second place. But this is Sergio for par at 18.
