Getting very different ball and club speed, and therefore carry, with my 9i on my new setup. Attached pictures of my setup showing 16 total feet ( I don’t hit with the tape on the ground). Getting an average carry of 120 inside on the net and 141 on the range (which is my 9i on course distance).
Does anyone see any issues with my setup? I have tried with the MLM flat on the concrete, and raised up as pictured. Level with the hitting strip and even slightly above.
Is the floor level changing between my MLM and the hitting strip an issue? Outside was dead on accurate and inside I can’t even get close. I’ve got a 1,200 sf shop and 15 foot ceilings so I’m swinging free.

The only potential issue I see is that your standing surface may move when you hit, which could throw off ball/club trajectory?
I have the same unit and my wife got me Arccos sensors for my birthday. I trust the Arccos distances more than I trust the MLM2PRO. It’s reading all my shots 10-20% lower
Another question I have, is there a way or setting to juice the numbers? That would be incredibly useful if not. Just a % slider on whatever metric you want juiced. If I could just boost club speed by 10-12% my other numbers would calibrate to my on course numbers.
This is the exact reason I sold the rapsodo. Setup is so sensitive. The hitting area being so small I would get a different aoa varying like 10 degrees. Cary would be sometimes waaaaaay off. Given I understand my setup (similar to yours. A mat in my garage) isn’t ideal but I was getting better results with my og SKYTRAK .
Maybe try it without that grey carpet between the hitting mat and rapsodo 🤷
Are you hitting off the tee or the hitting strip to the side of it?
My numbers at home with MLM2pro match with Foresight and Trackman numbers at sims and also my playing distances. I do find when I take my MLM2pro to the range and the ball sits above the level of the launch monitor it juices the numbers a bit.
edit: meant launch monitor not simulator
It’s the distance from your net. Increase that distance and your ball info will be way better. I’ve used mine at a couple locations and it seems that’s the only way to fix it. My local range has nets that are about 12 feet away and I get awesome results there. Took it to my friends house with a small net and data is everywhere and I left feeling like a jackass 😂
If you have a buddy with an optical launch monitor bring it over to compare.
It’s quite likely this is just an indoor thing. You say you are swinging free but most often this is the cause.
