hi I’m Nessa the wedding coordinator here at Drewes Glenn Resort today I’m going to walk and talk you through the arrival entrance for your guest leading down to the drinks reception area into your ballroom and then later on we’ll go up and have a look at the bridal Suite so if You’ like to follow me for our guests on a wedding day as they arrive to the hotel with the red carpet out we’ walk out there now in a moment so this is where we meet and greet the guests um and obviously they be going down this direction for their arrival drinks reception so we take a little walk outside that you’ll see but we’re here to meet and greet the guest as they arrive on the day and so doors will be open the team will be here meeting the guest obviously meeting our briding room so red carpet you can see beautiful day now today which is super lanterns on arrival and on the day really nice we have our wedding golf buggy we take a little walk over here now as well um so on the day it’s really nice for the bridegroom to get away for all of 15 20 minutes the photographer our coner team we drive from over to the drw GL golf club and get some beautiful shots but it’s 1520 minutes that they will so appreciate um because you just need that little bit of time away from your guest and this is our go boie as you can see so very much is a wedding off boogy so there’s room for your photographer your videographer your bride and groom and as I say all the 15 20 minutes we bring you back here to the front of the hotel and down to your drink reception to be with your guests um so we’ll make our way back inside now as well um just to show you the walkway down to the drinks reception area and where all your guests will be on a given day this is our lovely walkway leading down to our drinks recep C area perfect walkway as well for our bride and groom it’s like a long aisle and really good to go down and see your guest just to point out a few little things before we walk the whole way down you’ve a wishing well here at the start super popular it leaves the boys off the hook it’s for your guests to post their cards they’re under lock and key and so nobody needs to worry about cards your best man and groomsman can enjoy the party like everybody else we’ll make our way down here now you’ll probably see here on the corridor some lovely lanterns they’re all part of your package also you have a lovely smoke walking area outside we we close that off privately lovely soft Furnishings as we make our way down and as you can imagine this is us walking down we haven’t got to our drinks Reception Area yet it’s the perfect perfect walkway for a bride and groom their guests are all here when they arrive and it’s a great reception then when they arrive cuz they’re almost the last to make their end part Lely drinks Reception Area very much an area to mingle amongst your guests enjoy the party take it all in we kind of only stay in this area for about an hour and a half you want to keep your day flowing so if you’re lovely top tables High stools your shiari high stools over this way then we would have our tea coffee and cookie station set up and we’d always have a member the team serve and your guest home working from there you can see ahead of us with your own full private bar which is super and your boys work from there very important to point out just over here you your own private bathrooms and cloak room so this is very much your private area for you and your guest you may add to this area as you wish or not you might have person little accessories guest books pictures for signing we’ll put all those in place now we’re walking into our lovely Ballroom full Ballroom this Ballroom comfortably holds 220 at a push 230 today we’ve been set for 130 so it’s nice to see it fully set up ready for a wedding um in the hotel just as we walk in come on we’ll walk in out the room and I’m going going to talk you through it and what’s included in your package so first thing to point out very important we have our own private bar in this room or bar in the ballroom as well outside you had your bar to start that will close and your guests will work from this bar for the duration so it’s super it keeps your part flowing and it keeps your guests in the room we’ll walk in through it’s your package I’m going to talk you through as well as we’re going through the ballroom you can see the lovely gold shiar chairs they’re included in your package one option for your Center piece for the table would be candle abas with your mirrors and with your tea lights the other option over here would be three separate candles below ey level your mirrors and your Chi candles we also then would have your menu cards on all the tables so you can see our menu here for a wedding that we’ll be taking Bridal Suite this is a one night only Bridal Suite if you’re staying for two nights we would be moving you to another Suite on the second night but the other Suite is beautiful as well the difference with this gorgeous Suite it’s open plan again your gorgeous dining area with the fire lighting today beautiful day but it’s nice for you to see the fire lighting again you beautiful views out here to your Drew with glena of course mom we walk over just to have a little peek everything is still in full bloom at this time of year but again this is looking out onto your gorgeous Dr with Glen Golf Course a lot of gents again I know are golfers perfect views um which is ideal and in full bloom at the moment now we’re making our way in it is open plan as I was saying to you so now we’re making our way into to a lovely four poster bed H really way into a gorgeous bathroom this is a very big open p bathroom so come on ahead with me gorgeous big shower plenty of space our lovely bubble bath ready to jump in lots of bubbles but beautiful and beautiful um tiled flooring and if we just step around the corner obviously your privacy get your toilet around here but as you can see plenty plenty space and just that little bit different than your original Suite back out we’re going now again here we are back in the bedroom and if we walk straight through now we’re going back into our ice dining area and so again very different room and but it is our rival Suite it’s for one night only we can move into another Suite on
