The space-saving golf-centred entertainment offer, Pitch, is set to take 10,000 sq ft at Allied London’s Enterprise City.

Manchester will welcome the indoor golf club, bar, kitchen, and shop when its doors open in early September, marking the London-based Pitch’s first venue in the North.

Onepoint2 was the agent working on behalf of Pitch.

Pitch calls itself a “refined members club venue” and offers memberships from £129 a month.

The unit at 2 Goods Yard will feature a central bar area with a sound system and lounge space, while 10 simulator bays equipped with Ultra HD Trackman golf bays, alongside sofas, screens, and bar service, provide the main golfing offer.

Half of the 10 bays will be reserved for members only. The other five will remain bookable to the public.

The venue will offer a pan-Asian menu and serve both local and standard drinks.

In addition to an entertainment offer, a golfer’s concept store, known as TRENDYGOLF, will offer a range of premium golfing brands with a separate fitting studio.

Pitch has stated it will provide 35 jobs across its various operations, including employing expert PGA professionals to teach members.

Chris Ingham, co-founder at Pitch, said: “We’re excited to launch Manchester’s first premium indoor golf experience, giving Pitch a presence in one of the UK’s biggest hubs of sport and culture.

“We look forward to welcoming Manchester’s like-minded community to become part of the growing innovation for modern golfing at Pitch.”

Members will have access to such benefits as discounted food and drink and academy-level golf training.

A separate booking programme is to be made available to those organising corporate events.
