My final nugget of information is stop using a rangefinder or certainly stop using the distance to the flag and start using a GPS device and concentrate on the middle or even the back yardage to the green. Why do I say that? Because nine times out of 10, you and I both know that when you use this thing, you generally come up short of the flag. We’re also not accurate enough to use those kind of distances. And a much better option is to aim for the center or back of the green in terms of the club you select because like I said that generally will negate yours and I misconception that we think we hit the ball further than we actually do. I’m not saying don’t ever use one of these things, but if you can afford it and there’s some cheap devices out there, whether it be a watch, this kind of gadget, GPS devices, using center to back of the green is another good option and where you’ll start to lower scores and get the ball pin high a
