Should be claim instructions online as long as the sender insured it for the proper amount. That does suck but you should be able to source a shaft for a decent price and just swap the adapter out.

got a golf club the exact same way a couple weeks ago. they should give you $100 or so, you can get a new shaft. i should have just gotten what came with mine, but i decided to try an do an upgrade, i made a poor choice with my upgrade shaft. lol

You may find out quickly why most ebay buyers just return it and put the claims process on the seller. It’s a pain in the ass and USPS makes it difficult. Once you file it you have to wait, and If they deny it then you have to wait longer while you appeal. The 30 day return period on eBay quickly runs out and you’re left with a broken club.
