A small plane made an emergency landing Wednesday evening at Highlands Golf Course in Elgin, officials said. No injuries were reported.
ELGIN, Ill. (WLS) — A small plane made an emergency landing Wednesday evening at a golf course in the northwest suburbs.
The landing happened around 8:20 p.m. at the Highlands Golf Course in Elgin, officials said.

The FAA notified Elgin police that a small plane landed at the golf course due to mechanical issues.
The plane successfully landed and no injuries were reported, officials said.
The NTSB is investigating the exact cause of the emergency landing.
