Sarah Ferguson was once married to a prince, but according to a bombshell tell-all, she later had her eye on a certain professional golfer.
The Duchess of York, 65, tied the knot with Prince Andrew, 65, in 1986, but the pair called it quits in 1992. Their divorce was later finalized in 1996 and it didn’t take long for another man to steal her heart – even if he didn’t know it yet!
Royal author Andrew Lownie revealed that Sarah – nicknamed Fergie – once confessed to Piers Morgan that she was “in love” with Tiger Woods in an excerpt of his upcoming book, Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, obtained by the Daily Mail.
“Who’s the lucky guy?” Morgan had asked her, according to Lownie.
“He doesn’t know yet,” Fergie quipped. “It’s Tiger Woods! He’s so gorgeous. Do you think I stand a chance with him?”

The English broadcaster reportedly said the golfer might not have time for a relationship due to his bustling career, to which she responded, “Well, I am going to follow him around the course for a bit and see how I get on.”
Woods wasn’t the only man Fergie had her eye on. Lownie claimed she also had a crush on John F. Kennedy Jr. Despite the fact that JFK Jr. had a girlfriend at the time – Blade Runner actress Daryl Hannah – Fergie invited him out for drinks while on a visit to New York.
The son of late president John F. Kennedy later canceled the get-together, allegedly causing Fergie to ask her staffers to watch his apartment to verify if he was being honest with her about having other plans.
In her spare time, Fergie would fawn over magazine articles and photos of him. She went so far as to give JFK Jr. the nickname “Number Nine” – as he would potentially be her ninth lover, according to Lownie’s book.
A source close to Fergie claimed she would even speak as if they knew each other.
“She’ll suddenly ask, ‘Do you think Ken will mind that I don’t like such and such a thing?’” the confidante said. “It’s incredibly real to her, like a schoolgirl crush. She spends hours talking about him. The fact that she’s never even met him doesn’t seem to matter at all.”

Lownie also didn’t shy away from revealing shocking bombshells about her ex-husband Andrew’s wild behavior in an article published by the Daily Mail.
Speaking of his alleged obsession with sex, one source called him “as subtle as a hand grenade” and claimed his “favorite trick” was to make a pass at a woman by rubbing her knee “under the table.”
Another person said, “He’s a nightmare to sit next to at dinner. He makes ghastly jokes about whether you’re wearing knickers. And you can’t tell him to sod off.”
As the Examiner previously reported, there could be more revelations to come. Lownie is rumored to have held back a number of “explosive details and stories” in preparation for a second book or a documentary.
“There’s just so much intrigue and marketability in Prince Andrew’s story, in Hollywood and all over the world,” the insider told the Examiner. “A lot of people are now coming out of the woodwork to cash in and share their own experiences.”
