Kai Trump is an avid golfer with her own YouTube page, aspiring to become a professional golfer after her time in college. Kai Trump has admitted that it was actually her mother, Vanessa Trump, who got her into golf while she was a child. despite having no interest in the sport herself and now being in a relationship with Tiger Woods. Vanessa is the ex-wife of Donald Trump JRB with the pair raising five children including Kai. They had been married for 13 years before divorcing in 2018, but they remain on good terms amid Donald Trump’s presidency runs. Now, Vanessa is in a relationship with Woods. The legendary golf star began playing golf with Kai, 18, who hopes to go professional. Speaking on her early golfing days, Kai admitted Vanessa had the biggest impact in getting her to play young. While on the IA show on Instagram, Kai said, “I started playing golf when I was 2 years old, and my mom actually got me into it. She doesn’t play golf. That’s the thing. She plays tennis. I used to play tennis as well, but she’d also practice golf with me. She’d roll the balls to me and I would putt them. She would go on to mention Woods as the biggest influence on her career. Even before the PGA Tour legend got involved with her mother, Vanessa Kai added, “I would say a lot of the pros obviously like looking up to them and watching them. Obviously, Tiger Woods, Rory Mroy, like watching those guys, especially at such a young age, and now I get to know them. It has been really cool, and that obviously kind of influenced me. But also, I’d say like my mom, I wouldn’t be playing golf without her. Kai is set to enroll at the University of Miami in 2026. there. She will continue her golf career and aim to play professionally when she graduates. When asked how she’ll continue to improve, Kai said, “Just playing a lot of events, just gaining experience, but also practice. If I have 2 hours, I’m not going to hit a few balls, go on my phone, and scroll. No, I’m going to take fullon advantage with the time I have on the course. I think that’s going to get me to the next level for sure. As well as just training in the gym, getting stronger, and playing more rounds. The more golf I play, the better it’ll do. Getting experience. Miami gave me a great opportunity, and I’m really looking forward to that.
