I played a charity golf day last week and they setup a Trackman and iPad on the longest drive hole. They then sent everyone a link at the end of the day with their Trackman data, leaderboard for longest drive, highest clubhead speed and highest ball flight, and also a video of your driver swing. Was a really cool touch and the first time I’ve seen anything like it!

How does the yellow in the bottom right happen? Seems to defy physics. Guess maybe person hits a snap hook so they just aim way right but still.
And that’s just the Trackman for the club throws.
Can I somehow have this available on every hole? Maybe I would be able to find my ball once in a while 😅
I’d say “me at the driving range,” but most of those appear to be getting more than 8” of ground clearance, so that wouldn’t be correct
If these guys get fitted for the perfect driver shaft to squeeze an extra 2 yards out of their drive, will they really notice the difference? Will the fitter even try to use the data, or just take a guess?
I think every club should have at least one hole with trackman and live feed it into the clubhouse bar. Let members/players sit and enjoy some drinks and bet on where each player is hitting it.

I’m a firm believer that golf clubs should put a camera on the 18th hole and play it live in the clubhouse/bar area. Would get more joy watching that then most rounds of pro golf on the TV while having a beer and food after a round.
