NORMAN, Okla. – The NM State men’s golf team has been named one of nearly 300 recipients of the 2024-25 PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America on Tuesday.
As a team, the Aggies were recognized for maintaining a combined grade-point average of over 3.0. In total, 167 Division I programs garnered the award, including CUSA counterparts Jacksonville State, Liberty, LA Tech, Middle Tennessee, Delaware and Missouri State.
This award comes on the heels of three Aggies receiving Cobalt Golf All-American Scholar honors last week as Javier Delgadillo, Aidan Thomas and Alexandre Bauduin were all recognized for their efforts in the classroom.
