NORMAN, OKLAHOMA – UT Tyler men’s golf has earned a PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America on Tuesday.
A GCAA-record 292 schools across six divisions earned a PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award. 129 schools received Presidents Special Recognition for having an average team GPA of 3.5 or above. The Patriots were one of just 52 NCAA Division II programs to earn all-academic recognition with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher.
The Patriots wrapped up the 2024-2025 season with their second straight appearance into the NCAA Division II South Central/West Regional tournament.
Additionally, Seth Campbell, Jackson Naeger, and Luke Emerson earned Cobalt Golf All-American Scholar honors as announced last week by the GCAA.
