During my range session today I was working on my takeaway and weight shift, but as a result I feel like my early extension and OTT got worse. It was already a struggle before but now trying to focus on the weight shift, I feel like I lose control of the club on the downswing. Probably trying to swing too quickly too.
Any tips would be appreciated, thanks!

I’m no expert but your shaft angle is very flat
Hands are going “out” on your down swing when they approach hip height. Try to feel them coming down more than out.
This combined with the thought that you can start the ball right well stop your brain trying to over correct a slice and pulling the ball left with OTT swing.
Fix your setup. You’re too bent over at address and hands are too close. This causes a very flat lie angle. I think everything else from there is compensations
Scoot back 2 inches and lean more on the balls of your feet. Then work on the inside takeaway.

You’re pulling the club head behind you instead of rocking your arms like a pendulum to start the swing.
That’s the first fix in getting to the top of your backswing at the right position with the correct inertia.
