we start off today’s fullbody kettle bell complex with five kettle bell swings aggressively extending the hip propelling that belt to around eye level we then going to five hang squat cleans jump shrug drop underneath the weight quickly then have five kneeling or standing shoulder press keeping the core brace throughout we then going to five kettle bell burpees jump the feet out jump them in set your back jump as high as possible land softly we then finish off the complex with another five kettle bell swings as soon as you finish all reps you’re going to rest 90 seconds you’re going to do 6 to8 total sets

  5. Gonna try these on my leg day today. I’ve never used kettle bells. I have been lifting using machines and free weights, “ if it ain’t broke right
