Golf Rules – Ground under repair, may you play your ball from within?

If your ball comes to rest in Ground Under Repair, are you permitted to play from it, or must you take free relief?

You may play from the Ground Under Repair, unless the Committee have deemed the area to also be a No Play Zone. If that is the case, you must take free relief, or you could deem your ball unplayable, and proceed under Rule 19.1.
