One of the most unique swings in the game 👀 #golf #LIVGolf
I mean, he’s Mr. Consistent, isn’t he? Let’s take a look at why he is. He actually says he credits the fact that he’s got a short swing. Celeste can go wrong, but I don’t think that’s the only thing. Top of the back swing, wrist in flexion. That club face is very strong, slightly closed. And from there, he is so strong. Uses the ground, shallowing the club head. We can see at this angle, the club face is looking more down to the ground, which shows it’s closed. And then from there, he can just rotate. And when you have that kind of move, there is less face manipulation which makes him so consistent. And it is a beautiful swing. But like all these golfers, it’s his own swing.

Rahm has also said that being born with a club foot forced him to learn to swing a certain way.
I wouldn't exactly call it a beautiful swing but he is insanely good
perfect swing
Three sixty camera is awesome!
Rahm’s swing is eloquently wonky.
How does he create the speed with a short swing ?
One of my favorite swings. This camera tech is pretty sweet too!
I dont know which one is crazier, Rahm's or Schefflers yet look at them… You gotta create that lag and turn those hips through but how you do that is up to you.
Now do Matt Wolff….
How he manages to time that swing and get the power and speed matched up is incredible.
Form is "bad" he is leaning back… It just works for him.
it doesn't hurt that's he's over 6.5 feet
Beautiful is one word for it…. I’d probably use the word effective.
it’s not short it’s just so flat … if you pause his swing at the top he’s got a full turn and his hands are above his shoulder and middle of his ankle so he has high hands and good depth for how high his hands are
Cool visual aid
He has serious power arms though that are like an extension of the super stiff shafts he is playing.
Wrist flexion is I technique I dot believe will work for many golfers. A neutral wrist is ideal like tiger
That’s right, your own swing as long as you get to that slot position and power through the ball
