In theory, you’re doing it through rotation, right? So, if I just hold it there and you’re rotating through impact. Yeah. Right. Your hands will be ahead and I’ll be aiming at the center of your body. It was based on Ben Hogan theory to compress the ball. If you make a line, imaginary line from the ball to your left shoulder, your hand should be ahead of it at impact. That’s the theory. I swing like that naturally. So, it’s very, very simple for me to replicate.

  1. That is a training aid. Notice the clubhead when the camera zooms in. He does use club heads like that.
    The idea is to get your hands ahead of the ball

  2. watch how much he lowers the club behind his back. I have tried that, but have not got it as low yet
