All right, Max, what did you like about what you did today out there? Yeah, I mean, that was just kind of again probably the highest I could have shot. Just haven’t made any putts, so uh I played awesome. Um I chipped one time, so it’s frustrating score, but uh it’s a good start. If I can get some putts to go in, I could do some serious damage. So, I really like where my game’s at. I just have to start to make something. Your full swing just numbers wise and aesthetic has definitely seemed to turn a corner. Is there a day or a practice session or a week when you felt like that really started to turn a corner? Yeah, there’s multiple but definitely like the main one was the Wednesday right before John Deere um after the proam kind of finally like bought in and got a good feel of uh the sequencing and started to drive it really well. been hitting my irons really nice since uh around the truest uh but hadn’t driven it amazing. But since that Wednesday, I don’t think I’ve had like a bad ball striking day counting at home. So, it’s been nice. Been playing really really well. Just I played so poorly all year that I my back was so far against the wall that if I started my season playing like this, I’d be really optimistic about my chances. But at this point, I need something um you know, I need to kind of catch lightning in a bottle. Along those lines, do you feel you’re back against the wall this week or do you feel like you have to do so much that it’s not quite in that bubble? It’s a little bit of both. It’s kind of freeing, you know, playing Thursday, not even thinking about anything but winning the golf tournament. Uh but but back feels against it. It just feels like anytime you lift out a putt, it just it just hurts like a little bit more. But um I don’t know. Part of it I think I’ll learn from because uh I think the mindset you have on weeks like this, although you don’t want them, is something to take uh forward with you, you know, when the season starts up again next year. And trying to make a run this week, get the next week. What would it mean to just get into the top 50 if you’re able to get on a run? Yeah, it’ be great to play as badly as I have all year and then find a little something and start to turn a corner as fast I did, at least in my head. I know the results haven’t been incredible, but the golf has been really nice. So, it would be awesome. Um, I think the battle is to see how much progress has been made. Um, and not just look at like the playoffs as hey Kevin as a uh if I don’t make it that it means it’s complete and utter failure. Uh, it doesn’t it means the season stunk, but it doesn’t mean my golf’s bad. So, that’s kind of the balance. But I would very much like to uh make the playoffs, make top 50 and uh get rolling. Awesome. Thank
