NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vanderbilt women’s golf unveiled its 2025-26 schedule on Friday, featuring four fall tournaments and four spring events prior to postseason play.

Vanderbilt returns all five players which featured in the Commodores’ lineup at the NCAA Championships last season – seniors Lynn Lim and Tillie Claggett, juniors Sara Im and Ava Merrill and sophomore Angelina Tolentino. The Dores posted a 16th-place finish while Merrill finished tied for 14th individually, both marking program bests over the past decade.

“It literally seems like yesterday that we were talking about our final round at LaCosta and here we are now talking about the start of a new season,” head coach Greg Allen said. “It really is true that time flies when you’re having fun and I’m having a blast being the head women’s golf coach at Vanderbilt.

“I’m probably more excited about the names on our roster than I am the golf courses on our schedule. We have a group of highly competitive young ladies with high standards and good morals and values – and that fires me up.”

For the fourth-straight season, the Commodores open the season in the Carmel Cup at the venerated Pebble Beach Golf Links. Vanderbilt took home the 2024-25 Carmel Cup title. The fall slate continues with the annual Mason Rudolph Championship at Vanderbilt Legends Club on Sept. 19-21.

“We are pumped to start the season once again at Pebble Beach,” Allen said. “We are so grateful for this opportunity.”

The fall concludes with the Ron Moore Intercollegiate (Oct. 3-5) in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and The Ally at Old Waverly (Oct. 20-22) in West Point, Mississippi.

Spring begins with a return trip to the Puerto Rico Classic (Feb. 1-3) where Vandy finished tied for second last season. The Dores then venture West to the Alice & John Wallace Classic at the Monterey Golf Club in Palm Desert, California. Two familiar stops round out the regular season in South Carolina with the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate (March 2-4) at Long Cove Club in Hilton Head, and the Clemson Invitational (March 27-29) in Sunset.

“I feel like the schedule is a good one that allows us to compete against tough teams on good golf courses,” Allen said. “It gives us an opportunity to get better every time we play and that’s the goal, to learn and grow every time we compete, to get one day better every time we start our day.”

For a third-straight season, the SEC Women’s Golf Championship is headed to Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Florida, April 17-21. NCAA Regional action is set for May 11-13 before the championship returns to Omni La Costa in Carlsbad, California, May 22-27.
