  1. When I could play golf, I understood that the people playing along with me were not my competition. The golf course was. We all had the same competitor, and the one of us that beat the course better, won. That's the way I always thought of it and was genuinely happy for someone to make a great shot or putt.

  2. Maaaaan that was a genuinely genuine reaction by Spaun. He was fired up, shocked, not surprised (because of his confidence in himself), relieved, and so darn happy and ecstatic that his will and determination prevailed through an incredibly and ridiculously difficult course. Love to see golf pkayed this way. Low scores and alot of emotions. Truly tests the players skills and mental strength. Congrats to this man!!! May many more wins become apart of your future.🙏🏼🤙🏼👍🏼💪🏽✊🏽

  3. Head hi rob. U would have smoked him like a kipper if he did not make it. Probably 7ft past if not holed 😊

  4. That's what they practiced for, perfection!
Yea, baby! So great! Applauds! When you're playing great in the last 10 groups, everything will happen!

  5. If you'd have told me that a guy who started off the first six holes with 5 bogeys in final rd would win it all…I would have said no way! But then again, whoever designed that course has some serious issues. I bet God doesn't even like him. Who'd want to play that course? Hit it two feet off fairway, unlikely you even find your ball.

  6. Classy response from all of these guys. Adam Scott had a nice moment with JJ as well. I think that also speaks to how the other players feel about JJ. I don’t think I’ve seen tour players so happy to see someone else win since maybe Tiger at the masters in 2019.

  7. The genuine reaction from Macintyre reveals what his character is. I will be rooting for him in every tournament he's in contention. First class and well done
