This is one of those weird items that you find on temu that you wonder what on earth is that thing and it’s not something that you’d likely find anywhere else 😂

I do actually get the idea behind it and it is a good tool for helping you to see if your face is open or closed on the backswing

I would say it would be more beneficial on an iron shot however there is a picture of someone putting with it on the ad so that’s what I originally bought it for
.
You do have to make quite a long backstroke to get the benefits from it but ultimately if the yellow arrow is pointing to the right or left of a straight back line away from the ball then it means you are either coming to far on the inside or outside or opening the face / closing the face too much
.
So it can be a potential good indicator to tell you what your doing in your backswing or takeaway however it doesn’t physically get you into a position anywhere unlike other training aids that force you to make a certain move or feel
