Your stance is too wide for a hybrid. Sounds strange but a narrow stance closer to your short irons will help a lot

Hybrids don’t hit like long woods or a driver so it’s important to find what feels right for hybrids specifically

A lot wrong here. Lateral hip sway, collapse of swing depth, early extension. Hybrids and drivers demand good technique. Irons will let you get away with bad technique about half the time.

Gotta fix your set up first.

You’re sitting way to far back, likely leading to a lot of body movement towards and away from the ball during the swing – especially with those longer clubs. That makes it ***very*** difficult to bring your club back to the starting position.

Fix your set up and develop a solid base before anything else.

If you don’t have a solid base, it’s incredibly difficult to bring the club back to address position

Relax your arms and grip. You’re swinging a club, not chopping wood.

Remember you have to hit down on your hybrids just as you do your irons.

We’ve all gone through changing grip, swing plane, point of concentration ex. eyes in front of ball, at the ball, after the ball. Have you tried nothing other than simply changing the ball position in your stance? That fixed hybrid and fairway wood issues for me.
