LOS ANGELES – The UCLA men’s golf program will compete in 12 events during the 2025-26 school year, opening the fall season at the Sahalee Players Championship in Seattle on Sept. 6-7, 2025.
The upcoming 2025-26 campaign will mark head coach Armen Kirakossian’s fourth year as the Bruins’ head coach. Last spring, Kirakossian helped UCLA win the Big Ten Championships team title and advance to the NCAA Championships in Carlsbad, Calif., for the first time since 2018. The Bruins finished in third place at the NCAA Auburn Regional.
Fall 2025 Schedule
UCLA will play in four tournaments this fall, opening in Seattle at the Sahalee Players Championship, hosted by the University of Washington at Sahalee Country Club. The Bruins’ next three events will include The Wohali in Utah, the Fighting Irish Classic hosted by Notre Dame, and the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate Invitational. Last season, the Bruins competed at the Fighting Irish Classic and at the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate Invitational.
Spring 2026 Schedule
The Bruins will play in seven tournaments from January through April, prior to the three-day Big Ten Championships at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Course in North Plains, Ore. (from May 1-3). UCLA will host The Cooper Cup in Laguna Niguel, Calif., from Jan. 19-20 before returning to action in nearby Westlake Village, Calif., at the Southwestern Invitational from Jan 26-28.
UCLA will play one event in early February, traveling to Kona, Hawai’i, for the Amer Ari Intercollegiate (hosted at Mauna Lani Golf Course).
The Bruins’ three events in March include the Southern Highlands Collegiate in Las Vegas (March 1-3), The Desimone Invitational in San Francisco (March 9-10) and The Goodwin at Stanford, Calif. (March 26-28). UCLA will return to action in Phoenix in mid-April, competing at The Thunderbird Collegiate, hosted at Papago Golf Club (April 10-11).
The 2026 Big Ten Championships will take place along the West Coast (May 1-3), at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club in North Plains, Ore., approximately 18 miles to the west of Portland.
The 2026 NCAA Men’s Golf Championships will return to Carlsbad, Calif., and the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. The regional rounds, at six different sites (see below), will take place from May 18-20. The NCAA Championships, starting with 30 teams in stroke play, are scheduled for May 29-June 3.
