President Trump has been playing a lot of golf since taking office. How does his wife feel about it?
The President of the United States, 79, was recently in Europe. President Trump was working on a deal with the European Union regarding tariffs. The President of the United States made sure to take some time for golf, too. He played three rounds of golf over the weekend, including 18 holes on Monday, after opening his new course.
President Trump has reportedly played dozens of rounds of golf since taking office in late January. He’s probably played more rounds of golf than any sitting U.S. president in history.
The President of the United States certainly feels good about his game. He took a shot at President Biden’s golf game while talking to reporters on board Air Force One.
“Did you get to see my drive on the first hole? Pretty long. Pretty long. That’s no Joe Biden, let me tell you. That’s no Biden, right?” he said while speaking to reporters on board Air Force One.
But how does Melania Trump feel about President Trump’s golf game? She had a simple three-word response when asked about her husband’s golf habits.

“I don’t play,” she said when asked if she ever spends time on the golf course.
The First Lady has chosen to spend her time elsewhere, getting involved in the D.C. community, especially philanthropically, while also raising her son, Barron Trump.
Barron Trump is a rising sophomore at NYU in New York City.
The First Lady, meanwhile, has made it clear that while golf is a big-time priority for her husband, it’s not at all a priority for her. She’s made it clear that she does not spend time out on the golf course.
President Trump, meanwhile, is surely going to continue hitting up the course.
