Best Driver Tip I learned from my PGA Coach πŸ”₯πŸ™ŒπŸ» #golf #golfswing #golftips #golfcoach

Hitting a good shot with your driver really comes down to how well you can release the energy at the ball. Beginner golfers will tend to try and swing hard with their lead arm through the shot and end up like this with no power. We know the impact point is right here, but they’ll tend to continue speeding up after impact. You want to create speed and deliver just after it passes by your belly button. And a great way to practice this is by hitting the ball and being able to retract the club back. Did you see that? How I’m able to hit and then pull the club back. You want to learn which arm needs to throw and deliver the energy at the ball. And it will be much easier for you to do this with your trail arm as opposed to your lead arm. It’s not cramping, cramping, cramping, and then released, but being able to keep it in front of you and straightening the arms out at impact. That’s going to help you significantly improve your ball striking with your driver.
