Watched it with my buddy this weekend and loved it. Watched it with my wife last night and commented how I liked the waiter/caddy character. She was flabbergasted I didnt know who Bad Bunny was. Damn I feel old.

Old heads and Uncs out in full force in these comments

  3. I’ve seen the first Happy Gilmore over 100 times and loved this sequel. Was the ending weird yes but so are his movies. They are making fun of LIV!

I was 10 when Billy Madison came out and this movie struck all the right chords. Seems like most of the people that didn’t like it were early 30s and younger, which makes sense given Sandler has a very specific brand of comedy. It was like a warm blanket for 40 yr old me.

A lot of people with forks in their asses in the comments.

It was a fun watch. Sandler really has the best setup. Makes movies with his friends in places he likes and now is letting his kids get in on it too.

I haven’t enjoyed a movie like that in a long time. Wife and were crying laughing. Just a fun movie

I had the lowest possible expectations for this movie and was very pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed it!

  9. Total-Surprise5029

Bad Bunny was awesome as Happy’s caddie!

  10. Glass-Oil6462

I did my part! It was a nostalgic fever dream tbh, but it was fun.

Much better than most sequels and exceeded my expectations. Lots of laughs, and loaded with cameos. Some horrible acting from our professional golfing friends, but hey what did everyone expect? Was fun to see them all in there, giving it a shot.

Netflix will now hand Sandler a blank check. I wonder what we’ll get.

  13. Unusual-Economist288

Bad Bunny was great, as were Daly and Scheffler.

  14. HopelessMind43

I pirated it so you can go ahead and count me too

Annnndddd I will not watch this movie again. It was fun for nostalgia, but it’s not something I would ever feel the need to watch again. I’d rather watch the original

  16. Puzzled-Traffic1157

Movie taught me how hard it is to recognize golfers when they aren’t wearing hats.

  17. _NathanialHornblower

I wonder how long you have to watch for it to be counted as a view.

  18. redditor19305

This was the actual worst movie I’ve ever seen.

  19. arp51txstate

it was good, until they turned it into Space Jam Golf smh.

Thought the movie sucked shit personally

  21. TjBeezy

It wasn’t a great movie but it was fun. That’s what Sandler’s comedy is, a fun ride.

Personally I could have done without Manatee and the Maxi stuff and had full movie of Will Zalatoris being the rival and John Daly being the mentor. Those two were awesome.

This movie was very fun, but this movie was very bad. But it’s ok to have a bad movie, in fact I don’t even really think they were trying to make a good movie. I think they were just trying to have some fun, make folks in their 30/40s feel nostalgic, and pack in like 100 cameos in the process

  23. MrNMTrue505

Movie was pretty awful but some cool moments from original call backs

  24. Sir-_-Cartier

Super stoked to watch it this weekend after I play a round

  25. TonyTapIn617

Too bad it was one of the worst movies ever made.

  26. Distinct-Variation30

It was bad and I’ll never watch it again… but I enjoyed it all the same.

  27. ActualModerateHusker

I think it is totally fair to have some disappointment with it but it sure could have been a lot less funny than it was.

  28. Forzeev

I think movie was made for golf fans, enjoyed. It was Liv vs PGA, loved the Zalatoris/Blondie connection, 2 not sure if they stole it from this sub reddit and John Daly

  29. tealgameboycolor

Retconning Will Zalatoris as the blonde headed caddie that Gilmore choked out was absolutely peak and made for one of the best payoffs/side plots in the film.

  30. RedHandedGeneral

Tried watching it and was cringing so much my balls fell out of my asshole. Movie too corny for me. I’d rather watched How to Train your dragon.

Loved when rob came in!!! 😂😂😂😂 “YOU CAN DO IT” I laughed so hard.

  32. Substantial-Rest9200

Well worth the watch so well deserved

Childish, stupid and hilarious … perfect
