I am planning and having a round with these bad boys soon, so I will update you guys on whether they still hold up.

Get single length irons and you can live the rest of your life only hitting a 7 iron.

990s were my first “good” clubs. I wish I’d never sold them!

I had these exact irons, played them for 18 years including 4 years in college, and never made a mark like this. Just rust from not using them or how many rounds did you average with them?

These were my first real set of irons in high school. I broke 80 and 75 with those and they stayed in my possession until my ex left the garage door open at our place and they were swiped – it’s one of many reasons she became an Ex.

Played MP-32s until about a year or two ago and changed to a combo set of MP-57/67 I’m still playing.

I think 7 iron was a popular club in the 80’s

Currently gaming these and they do in fact hold up, BIG TIME

Still play them. The best feeling irons.

Fuck yes. Got my 690 CBs in high school in 2003. Just played with them yesterday. Never trading up

    Made the same mistake.
If you leave a quarter on the club face and a little moisture gets in, it’ll rust.
