I’m Kirk Kyama and let’s play one hole with the Bridgestone golf ball. Looks like we have a par4 little dog leg left. Um, let me grab a ball. All right. Just going to try to hit a little cut off the left center and Bring it back to the middle. Pushed it. I think it caught the right edge of the fairway. Um, that was my first swing of the day, so it was a little slow. Spin was up. Um, no, that’s fine. Was it? Yeah, it’s all right. What What were the numbers? Oh, 172 ball speed, 3,000 spin. So, it’s a little high, but well, I hit off the heel a little bit, so kind of expect that. What’s typical launch you like to see? Um, I like to see around 10 or 11. So, that was a little low. It was nine 9.6, but you know, a little thin in heel will bring it down. So, um I’m over 300. Normally, my ball speed is probably around 180. Yeah. Um but yeah, and then I like to hit a little cut. That’s kind of my stock shot. All right. I got about 140 to the flag. Um I’m going to hit pitching wedge. I’m feeling a little downwind. So, I don’t think it’s going to be a full one. It’s going to probably be, you know, I’m going to try and hit this around 132, 133 on the uh quad here. So, let’s see how this goes. Look good. Um, hit my number right on the dot, 132. And then I got got some good spin for having it be like a three quarter um and a little cut. So that was good. You know, sometimes you get a soft greens and you want to take some spin off and that’s usually the case, you know, to not rip it off the front of the green or something like that. I think sometimes you do lose a lot of spin hitting a soft shot and um like I can still hit a soft shot and and uh maintain a lot of spin. It looks like it’s about 15 feet just past it and to the right. Took kind of a weird hop right. It was left of the pin, but pretty good shot. See if we can make a bird here. Guess I’ll just mark it. I have a coin on me, but this will do. Um, I like to get a low side read. So, you know, like uphill and on the side that I think it’s going to be breaking. Just kind of get a feel here. And then I’ll come around and get the opposite side read. And then like on greens like this, which is Bermuda, I’ll kind of check the grain on the hole. Right now, I’m seeing this way. So, it’s going to have like a little push to the right, but the slope is going right to left. So, not an 8 foot guy. No, just like to use my use my eyes here. Oh man. Yeah. So, the green had a little more effect there and kept it out to the right. So, so I noticed you had the Sharpie line up on the putt. Yeah. You use mine set for putting or not really? uh sometimes on like longer putts or um if I have a big breaking putt where you know you can there’s multiple ways that the ball can go in, you know, multiple lines and so that’s more of a speed and so that’s when I’ll use this mindset on it. Um but yeah, but if I have like one where I, you know, it’s like I know kind of definitively like where I want to play it, then I’ll use a line. And usually inside 10 ft is when I’ll use a line. And then um outside of that’s usually the mindset or a big big breaking pot.
