Want better hip movement? Save this drill ⛳️

This is an Aldo movement. A hip check for me for mobility is uh my lower back gets tight, hips get tight, everything gets tight. So, this is a check I do to see where my mobility is and I don’t want to come my pelvis come. So, I sort of stop there. This is always a little better and go down there. So, this is just a little test to sort of see where I’m at. I do this probably 10 times on each side. And then I go to a pure aloa move. 9090 here. um arms out in front extended and then I’ll I’ll rotate like this and try obviously keep your body up as much as you can back and forth. Do this. I’ll do 10 on each side. And then at the end I’ll add in some le lean overs like this. And you don’t want to go too deep like that. I’ll do both sides 10 times. There’s obviously some sides are tighter than others, but uh that’s sort of how you feel. It’s a good check. If I can’t do that, I know my back’s not in a great spot and I’m going to have to adapt somewhere in the golf swing and on the golf course for that day. Uh, but this is a routine I do daily to uh maintain my ability on the golf course and uh relieve lower back pain.
