My changes were a more shallow swing and more inside takeaway. I’ve fought a slice my whole life and now this is happening. Please help

I don’t know how to help you, but just wanted to say your swing has a good tempo.

Online help from mostly hacks isn’t always the best place to get reliable info, but there is always enough conversation that you could pick and choose what to try. I’m no teacher and probably considered a hack myself and there are NUMEROUS things you could do but I’d start with grip. If you’ve played around with it recently and have strengthened it (to the right) you may want to weaken it (back left) and hair and see what happens. I know if I’m too far weak I’ll slice all day long and can put some nasty hooks, pull hooks if I get way too strong. Good luck !!!!

In to out path while closing the club face. Good work shallowing, but now your club face need to be slightly more open so you can hit that beautiful draw.

It’s kinda silly cause I fight the same thing, when I swing more in to out I some how close the face faster and just like you fight hooks so I gave up on it and swing slightly out to in and control the face easier and fade the ball off the tee. I can only do one or the other and fading it just became easier for me to hold off the face

It’s up to you, swing looks good if you can control the face a little better I think you are right there to hitting nice draws, but if not try something else

Open the club face a little in your backswing. When you slice it, open it a little less the next time.

Grip is probably a little too strong. You should see 2-2.5 knuckles of left hand at address. You probably made it strong as anti slice, but with the new better mechanics it’s overcompensating.

I think the most obvious thing here is that your grip is quite strong. I would start with trying to rotate your right hand position a little to the left overtop the grip. That should help significantly. If you start slicing then find the middle ground between the two positions. Another thing that you could work on is your backswing rotation is a little further than it needs to be. This may end up throwing off your timing.

You bow your wrists at the top of the swing that could be it.

Go to the range and throw your hands to the outside and hack downwards to create a slice and adjust from there. You’ll fix it.

Stand a bit further from the ball and make your swing finish to the right of your target line. Youre pulling cause youre finishing at lets say 11:30 on a clock when you need anything after 12:00! You’re so close to a pretty draw!

Open the face at address, if that doesn’t help try swinging a little out to in with the face open, if you’re still hooking put more weight on the back foot (think like the guys that slice, between your hook and the slice setup it should straighten up. I used to fight a hook and this is my checklist, currently I use an open face, a straight back feel for the backswing, and more weight on the back foot at address, I hit a nice little fade.

Many times when someone has being fighting a slice for a long time they try to release their hands hard and are very flippy at impact to fix their slice. Then when they make swing changes and get in better positions they start to hook because they are still hands and flippy at impact causing the face to be closed (left) at impact.
Hard to say without seeing your earlier swing and what changes you made but your swing looks pretty good right now. Bowed left wrist at the top of your back swing has the face a tiny bit shut at the top but nothing major.
Like other have said you can play around with your grip a bit, or look for drills that quiet your hands at impact where you rely more on a body release not a hand release of the club face. You could also experiment with a slightly firmer grip pressure in your left hand especially the pinky, ring, and middle finger trying to hit a hold off fade. Easier to try that with a 7 iron than driver.

At the top, your club is too deep. It promotes a hook.

I’d try to get your hands a little closer at address, aka stand closer to the ball just a little. Becomes much harder to square the clubface the further back you get.

Widen stance, loosen grip, swing through the ball
